First of all, I booked a toner and a trim. The hairdresser obviously didn't take my appointment down correctly as when I arrived, the hairdresser that was appointed to me thought I was just coming in for a trim. I was not particularly happy, but she ended being the one telling me off, accusing me of just demanding a toner without booking it. Incredibly rude.

I asked for very blunt, squared off ends. She thinned the ends out and cut layers in, despite me wanting the very opposite. Cut about 15cm off in some places. Very expensive for a cut, unwanted haircut which is going to take me a very long time to grow out.

We have built our business around excellence in customer service and always strive to be a leader in our field. However sometimes there are simple errors made with bookings; while we always strive to accommodate our guests I certainly appreciate you would be disappointed if you expected a simple toner and didn’t receive it.

In regards to your haircut; we pride ourselves on excellent customer service and have built our whole business around this. For this reason each of our talented stylists always complete an extensive consultation.

It is unfortunate that you were unhappy about your haircut and as we are a professional establishment we offer an opportunity for guests to return within the first ten days free of charge to allow the stylist to alter any changes they felt were needed.

In regards to prices our tiered structure starts at $65 for a shampoo cut and blow-dry with a qualified senior, this has been benchmarked against industry and definitely represents good value.
