The pizza here was nice, it had a light and fresh taste good mixture, one of the pizzas had the sausages on them that were spicy but mixed well with the rest of the ingredients. The atmosphere was pleasant and decor gives it that different feel would go back again.

Pizza here is best in the area! I say this as a local who has tried many pizza places around Paddington...there are lots of great places have to say but this one gets top of my list. Especially like the VIP - seems like it would be plain but it's full of flavour and totally fresh and delicious :)

The two pizzas I've tried so far, Smiley and the one with prosciutto in it, are both delicious. It is very pricey here though and I wish they had a bit more variety with their food. The only other complaint is the tables along the wall, they are so close to each other we're almost sitting together with the next couple.

I used to love this restaurant, but that has come to a screeching halt after 3 bad experiences back-to-back.

Each time, the food has been cold, dry and horrible. The time for delivery gets longer (1 hour 25 minutes), drinks are missed with each order and the worst part is the management doesn't care at all about you and apologies don't exist here.

Its with great sadness that I am no longer going to eat here and find another Sunday afternoon pizza shop to order from. The entire experience has gone downhill.

This pizzeria has a buzz about it and for good reason. Rustically decorated so one sits amongst the restaurant's produce, such as flour sacks, paper boxes and glass bottles, the patrons can watch the ample waiting and chef staff attend to orders.

The 4 of us chose to share Olives, anchovies, capers, bocconcini pizza and Caramelised onion, roast fennel, goats cheese and chilli pizza. Both thin crusted and wows to eat. The lamb pasta was sensational as was the orange green leaf salad. The prices were on the money too.

Service was outstanding, helpful and just the right amount of attention.
I can hardly wait to return. Wow. A great fress.

Went with a friend at 6:45 pm after a movie. Getting there early meant choice of tables, fast service and a 5-7pm weekday special. We both enjoyed the combination of flavours on the pizza. Great music too. Would be happy to return. Only downer was a pretty indifferent and slightly vinegary glass of red.

Great place - especially love the pizza boxes at the door. Was busy when I went (Wednesday night) but staff were cheerful and really attentive. Was put off goign by bad reviews, but glad I gave it a go. I had a really positive experience.

On a cold wet night I dined here recently with a mate, really enjoyed the pizza and the bruschetta, great atmosphere and very warm and cost, I reckon it would be sweltering in here in summer though. I note all the negative reviews, my mate who is a regular patron here says never get home delivery. I'll be back to try again, but am still wary, when I mentioned my positive experience at work, a few people raised concerns that they'd had very poor customer service experiences here as well.

Was a bit hesitant to order due to all the recent negative reviews but was told they were the best so gave them a try anyway. The service was fine, delivery didn't take too long. Can't comment on the ambience. The Leone was swimming in oil, it soaked through the Pizza box, making the crust so soggy it was essentially a soup. Would not order again. The Freddie was quite nice. Would order that again. Overall it was alright, nothing to rave about.

My first bad experience was ordering take away pizza and having my credit card charged twice. When I called and spoke to a manager I was told a credit would be applied to my card, which never happened even after several follow-up phone calls. I finally went in personally to have the charge reversed. There was no apology. I then gave them a second chance only to have my pizza arrive stone cold! After calling to complain I was offered a credit for my next order. When I then called to order again I was told there was no credit! The staff and managers are rude and obviously don't care about the quality of their food or customer service! Never again.
