Love the concept of the restaurant and had a good chat to the owner about it. It's good to see that they have committed, not only the food is sustainably sourced but the packaging as well and they even get their waste composted at great expense. We dropped in last night for dessert and had the delicious banoffee pie and coffee.

I have already recommended this place to friends and family and am planning to come back soon for dinner. It does look a bit expensive, but I think it's really important to support Australian producers so I am happy to pay.

This place was a great find. So difficult to find a top notch seafood restaurant with paying $$$. Lots of fish to choose from including some I have never seen before and all from Australia which is hard to find these days. The quality and choice definitely a standout for me including the most unbelievable banoffee pie for dessert.

Service was really friendly and efficient and food arrived quickly. I am from the eastern suburbs and this place is seriously worth the trip over the bridge. Please open a love fish over this side!

I came here about 4 months ago and have been meaning to write a review ever since. The portions were so small. Ordered a special that was $34 and it was literally a piece of small grilled fish, nothing fancy at all with a beetroot salad that tasted tinned. I was gobsmacked and really embarrassed as I had brought an out of town friend. Chips were extra and they sounded amazing on the menu, but the reality was they were dry, tepid and actually under cooked and So expensive for what you got.

I used to go to Fishbowl (the previous restaurant in the same spot) and they had the best chips in town, in fact they were voted 2nd best in Sydney in Good Living. For some reason, I thought this new fish place soul be similar but I was sadly mistaken. Hopefully no one else will make the same mistake and expect it to be like Fishbowl simply because of location.

Came in wanting a nice simple seafood meal. Definitely got what I was after. The fish was fresh and cooked well. Everything else tasted great. Nice relaxed outdoor area, overall a lovely meal out.

Great quality, fresh seafood. There are some comments here about value, but most mains were $18 which I thought was more than reasonable for the quality. Get in early as its very popular.

After an initial period of finding its feet this little place has consistently improved over the past year. The service staff have found their way around the restaurant, the menu has changed and now includes a delicious salt and pepper loligo squid which is unmissable. I had initially written off as another overpriced loud fish place, but now would recommend to anyone to give it a try.

Curiosity got me to try it, I did with two little kids 4 & 8 years. The kids fish and chips came with a piece of fish and 4 hand cut ships on each plate, while my plate came with a small portion of fish on one side and the rest of the plate totally empty not even a little garnish on it. A bit odd to look at. I would definitely not get full so ordered a salad which was nice but expensive too, concidering the small space they have I could not feel comfortable and I don't think I like to be squashed, the noise level is huge for that small space. I am sorry but will not be back.

My rule for good fish dishes is that it's always best when you don't f**k with it. Well. This place f**ks with it a bit but always in a good way. They still keep things simple so everything tastes fresh but interesting. Service is exceptional and prices are good enough to keep you coming mid-week. They've really got the formula right.

Great looking place that didn't disappoint. Super friendly and efficient despite being busy. Fish was super fresh and they know how to cook it here. Good value too. Appreciate the green philosophy behind the business, all in all a very welcome addition to Rozelle.
