    Not great. Looks beautiful on the outside, and the personnel warm and friendly, but the quality of the facial was quite poor and just didn't feel so good, or relaxing at all. In a one hour facial I was left in the room on my own for 25 minutes with a mask on, and after the treatment something of a hard sell with extremely expensive products. There is much better to be had in the area. Sorry.

    It was fabulous experience! I gave my girl friend a gift voucher of Lotus spa for Valentine's day and we went there together. While she was taking spa, I was just sitting inside and some selections of herb tea were given to me. Flexible and calm atmosphere and all staffs were very kind! I could see girlfriend's smile at the end and now she is dying to have it once more. Try on guys. It was my best investment ever!
