A good nightclub feel. We were on a 2 for 1 special for the entree/main plus show for almost $60 per person. Entrees and mains (we shared) were very good. There is an extensive but pricey wine list. Pre-dinner cocktails also are fairly expensive.

The value rating was based on the 2 for 1 deal which counteracted the price of alcohol.

Check their website for the performance list - generally local 60s-80s artists (and good on them for supporting local artists!).

Acoustic show and dinner ticket seemed pricey, but the food was really good, made the whole experience easier to stomach! Worth returning for entertainment options.

I recently dined at Lizotte’s restaurant in Dee Why with my husband on a Wednesday Live and Local evening. We enjoyed the beautiful food and the intimate atmosphere of the room. The selection of artists that sang, were all thoroughly entertaining. It’s wonderful to have an establishment on the Northern Beaches that supports up and coming local musicians, and my husband and I both liked this concept. The staff were attentive and amiable. My husband and I would highly recommend Lizotte’s and look forward to dining there again soon.

I wish to commend Lizotte’s for a fantastic evening. It was such a pleasure to be able to bring my friends to a venue that not only provided great entertainment, aka Diesel, who simply rocked the place but also the tasty menu. The combination of great music and fine food all at the one venue made for an easy way to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. My particular favourite dish was the slowly roasted lamb shank with the rich sauce, simply brilliant and then chased down with the sticky date pud....a must have dessert.

The birthday girl raved about the all star pumpkin and coconut soup. A big thanks to the crew at Lizotte’s for making it a great evening, will be back again soon, keep cooking up a storm ..Cheers.

Went here last Thursday night for first time and wow, amazing space. Arrived at 6.45 and had already booked tickets before hand. There were 3 other tables already seated a big family table of 8 and a couple sitting right next to sound booth on small elevated area.

The weird thing was we asked to be seated and she walked us right to the table directly below where the couple who were obviously out for a romantic dinner., basically our heads were about 30 cms away from there knees. There were heaps and heaps of tables available, why she chose to seat us all in one area I had no idea. After getting our bearings we asked if we could move tables and told yes sure no problems sit where ever we liked. So we moved to another table about 3 away from our first table.

We were given drinks and food menus. Cocktails and spirits were around $18 this was quite expensive I thought. I ordered a capriosca and was just ok. I also ordered a lychee martini and didn't taste like fresh lychee's. Also the lychee in the glass was clearly from a tin and lacked freshness and taste.

For dinner I ordered the pork belly for $32. Now for $32 I expected a Wow dish but was very disappointed. Was very dry and was just stacked around some baked potatoes and had 2 slithers of veggies beneath. This dish really needed a Salad or something as was very boring. Flavours didn't really come out just some baked pork with a couple of tired veggies.

The shows were great and really enjoyed the entertainment but Lizottes really needs to work on the quality of the food and drinks and pricing needs to be a lot more competitive. Next time we will have dinner elsewhere and probably just go for the show and a drink. I hope they can improve the menu selections and improve some of their dishes and the decor is beautiful and is a wonderful space.

But most people couldn't afford to visit regularly due to the expensive food and drinks.
