We've only discovered this little place in the last year and we love it! We have never dined in but have take away so we can go home and watch a movie. The food reminds me of my childhood when we regularly dined in Chinatown with our parents. The sweet corn and chicken soup is perfect and like the previous poster I love the chicken and vegetables. Good value and great taste.
A classic. This restaurant has been in the Westleigh shops ever since I can remember. When Mum is keen for a treat, directly to Liu's she goes. As the previous reviewer mentioned, the lunch time specials are well priced.
I have dined in a few times, but prefer to order and eat while watching a movie at home. The braised chicken and vegetables is very popular especially with my younger sisters. Dad always has the sweet and sour Pork. A classic.
Our family are a regular customer to Liu's for 15 years and we haven't experienced any stuff ups from the chef. Its consistency is great, food is amazing but the place is way too small and is so thin it feels like you'r eating in a corridor.
We always get take away to avoid this. The service is excellent as always and the cooks are very fast but it's slowly getting quite costly. There was a time where you could buy Mongolian lamb and satay chicken for $13 but now it's risen over $20.
Not the place to take a gal on your first date but a nice resturant with tasty food at a good price with at times wonderful service always popular with the locals
Had lunch there today for the first time and it was very tasty. Good lunch specials and we didn't go home hungry. Great value for money. Looks like mainly a takeaway place but I think you get more food when you eat in based on what we had.
