Was a lovely sunday morning at north rocks. Sun was shining and service was excellent. They have tables spread far down the promenade but they still attend to them all. They turned the heater on for us just cause it was a little bit chilly. I ordered bacon and eggs with hash brown and a hot chocolate. My order came still steaming from the grill. They even made sure that I got brown bread instead of white and my bacon was crispy the way I had requested.

I've spent the last two weeks at a course nearby and have eaten breakfast and lunch here every day, 14 meals. Everything has been wonderful and I love their specials menu (the apple fritters with raisin honey ricotta was fantastic, as was the smoked salmon frittata). The breakfasts were delicious (I've rarely had poached eggs cooked so perfectly).

The service was great, the young waitress from Estonia knew my coffee order within a day and would watch out for me when I wanted a second one. She was one of the friendliest and most efficient waitresses I've ever seen. The menu is lengthy, with everything from sandwiches to beautiful main meals and great seafood dishes. I live far away from here which is a shame as I would otherwise go more often, and I look forward to doing more courses nearby.

This is shopping centre cafe food at best, certainly not a restaurant you'd want to linger over a meal at. The caesar salad is slopped with something akin to Praise dressing and the service is school girl 'working for pocket money' in its style. An okay place for a mid shopping coffee stop but not much more.

The foods is good for a cafe. The owner has had some live music of late which is appreciated. The staff are excellent and nothing is a problem.

I quite often come to this place for breakfast. Recently they have added to their menu Eggs Benedict, which is just delightful. I find the variety of food for a menu quite extensive. For a cafe I find their food very nice, and I like that you can also order a glass of wine.

The layout of the cafe since the renovations is fantastic, plenty of seating which they needed as this place gets packed. As for service, needs alot of improving. There is a new waitress who is older than the other waitress' who is hopeless, every time I come here I get stuck with her and she is always making mistakes. A few weeks ago our order went missing, after over an hour waiting I had to flag down someone which I think was the senior staff, and they realised the mistake they made, no real apology.

Then on another occasion, I asked this waitress if I could get my coffee in a takeaway cup even though I was eating in, well she made the biggest deal of it, I just said forget it. Hopefully this lady will improve as seriously she is making me not want to come to this place again!

The layout of the cafe is extremely relaxing and pleasant. I very much appreciate how the outdoor seating is organised into smokers and non-smokers, however, we chose to sit inside. The waitress we had was extremely attentive and friendly. The food was quite nice and I believe you pretty much receive value for money. Will definitely be heading back next time i am in the area.

I have been to this cafe numerous times before they changed with the upgrade of the shopping centre. Previously the amount of food was so large you had trouble finishing it (or you could share with a friend). At that stage, I would have had to rate the food, service and value a 9-10 as it was so great. I was always recommending the cafe to my friends.

I went back last week to the new and improved cafe. I liked the fact that they had improved the seating separating the smokers and non smokers by more than just the next table. But the service was slow and we had to ask a couple of times for someone to take our coffee order. I had the risotto which had always been my favourite. It tasted okay (not as good as previously) but the serving size was significantly smaller and I was still a little hungry at the end, yet the price hadn't gone down (and I think it had even gone up). Unlike previous times, I won't hurry to go back (shame).

This place is pretty poor. I asked several times for the waitress to check with the chefs about what was in the meal I wished to order as I have food allergies and was shrugged off and told it would be okay. The food was not fresh at all and the prices are a rip off.

This cafe has recently undergone a huge extension and they now have high chairs available. They always have a lot of staff on and service is quick. Food is your typical cafe fare, good but not particularly creative or inspiring.

Their eftpos minimum of $20 does them no favours. If you're just grabbing a coffee and cake for two you don't quite get to $20 and they are very pedantic about it. Much better to take a bigger attitude, that it might be less than $20 this time but good service would mean we'd go back for a bigger order next time.

Great location, easy parking, good service, easy place for a quick lunch, etc.

My experience at this cafe was absolutely awful, the food was not fresh. I ordered a caesar salad and the leaves were rotting, the sauce was packaged and not made on the premises. The bread which they served with the caesar was stale. My husband had a turkish bread and the serving of the fries on the side was tiny. I complained about the lack of freshness and the issue was not addressed at all, but rather ignored. The food is very poor quality, I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
