The hot chocolate is to die for, coffee is great but all depends who makes it. I love the desserts. Bought various dark chocolate cakes for work and everyone always loves them. Sandwiches are good as well.

The hot chocolate is great although frankly, the novelty factor gets points as much as the taste which is not always consistent. Cake slices are divine although hot chocolate and cake is a combination leading straight to diabetes. The waffles are excellent but akin to highway robbery at $11 a pop. I'm told the ice creams are delicious too. Table service can be extremely abrupt and I've had some waiters verging on the rude. A couple of times, I've had to remind them of an order or request. I haven't tried the rest of their menu (sandwiches, etc.) because the cost is appalling. I'd much rather splurge on the chocolate and desserts and get a $5 sandwich elsewhere.

The hot chocolate is to die for. I love the desserts as well. Sandwiches are nothing special but the hot chocolate and cake are worth it.

I have been here a number of times with my girlfriend for a lunchtime and hot chocolate, and we love them!! The service is rushed but the place is always packed so what do you expect?

The chocolate stuff is nice. Do not even think about going there for lunch unless you enjoy paying $9 for a whitebread sandwich with its crusts cut off.

Nice environment and nice renovation. If there're more seats and tables would be nicer. Went there around 3pm, still need to wait to be served, close too early (only till 6pm on weekdays)

The Lindt Cafe shop in Sydney was fantastic. It was like heaven on earth. I live in Victoria so I hope I can go back there soon! Tip: If you are planning to go there, try one of their hot chocolates, trust me, you won't be disappointed.

Go for it if you love 'chocolate everything' and expect to pay big for it too. The coffee was very milky, the dessert very sparse and the service very rushed and unattentive. Overall, a bit of a rip-off, once is enough.
