Amazing food and value. One of the dishes was not hot enough hence the 9 and the tables are too close together. Otherwise perfect.

We ordered delivery, it took longer than the hour and we had to ring up after an hour and 15 minutes to find out what was happening. Food was fantastic! Will be back.

My family and I came here late one night after a university graduation looking for somewhere to eat. It was quite late, but this place was still busy which we thought was a good sign. We got a table straight away, and the service was very friendly and relatively quick.

The food surprised us so much, we came looking for a quick bite to eat, and ended up having a fantastic dinner. It's the best Lebanese food I've had in Sydney. The portions were very generous as well which meant good value for money. It was quite cramped and crowded when we were there, but the food made up for it, so we didn't mind.

Ambience isn't what this place is about though come here if you want fantastic, authentic lebanese food for great value!

Absolutely brilliant food. Have went here numerous times and never been disappointed. Portions are massive and really tasty. Service is prompt and the atmosphere is good. The fact it's BYO is a help too.

First time to visit this restaurant. I ordered the Mixed Plate. The food quality was decent and portions was worth the price. No complaints from me or my guest.

This place isn't much to look at, but the food and service is sensational! The tasting plate for two is my absolute favourite and my partner and I are hard-pressed to finish it!

The staff are lovely and there's a warm, homely feel to it. It's as if the staff are welcoming you into their home! Suprisingly, they are on top of and understand many of the dietary requirements/allergies floating around out there today and are more than willing to accommodate. I have been here a number of times now and have not been disappointed yet!

Very delicious food! Some of the best lebanese I've tried. Every dish (in the banquet) was superb and extremely good value for money. Service was quite bad and the ambience was also average. However, would be a great place for a large group of people! Me and my friends shared 1 between 2 banquets. Overall, a very good restaurant!

Have not tried many lebanese restaurants, but this is the pick so far.

Simple setup inside which does the job. Their service is much the same, but the big winner for us here was the food. All were good sized servings with a good amount of flavour which definitely satisfied. And at under $40 ea, we left full! Thats pretty good value these days.

For some good wholesome lebanese/mediteranean food you will not be disappointed if you choose here.

I have been to this place a dozen or so times over the years and it gets good reviews for a reason: quite simply, they make damn fine food!

The Alison Street establishment isn't much on looks. The insides are pleasant enough, but it does have a slightly cramped, awkward feel about it. It's not the place to go to be wowed by the scenery, either: cars whiz by the Randwick thoroughfare.

But these shortcomings notwithstanding, everything else about Lebanon and Beyond is really first rate. The service is always good, and the owners friendly. The waitstaff is generally impeccable. I don't ever recall an impolite or ill-trained server. That is a mark of a restauranteur who knows his business.

And the food? Some of the best eastern Mediterranean fare I have eaten, great mezzes, chicken skewers that practically melt in your mouth, and sensational salads. I don't think I have tasted better tabouleh anywhere.

One of the reasons this is a favorite is that it caters to a number of tastes. Both vegetarian and vegan friends get as much out of it as meat-eaters such as myself. They also have outside tables for smokers. And late nights, if you sit outside, you can even have a traditional hookah smoke, if that's your pleasure.

Best of all, perhaps, is the price: this place is extremely reasonable. I have frankly paid a lot more for Lebanese cuisine not nearly as good. Taken in all, I think this place deserves its place on some of Sydney's best.
