Slow service, you get given sarcastic comments if you ask for tap water (because apparently it's called "Still water"), poor food presentation and inattention to detail. Come here for a mediocre night out.

Bought a deal with LivingSocial, to try this place out. The salad was drowned in dressing to the point where we couldn't eat more than a couple bites. We were a party of 2 lite eaters, so we had almost two thirds of the meat left. When asked to pack it away, they refused quoting some health concerns, yet they sell exactly the same item take away. I would not go back and I certainly do not recommend it. There are better options in Concord and other nearby suburbs.

What a total disappointment.
It was my friend's last night in the country and I thought we would try a local restaurant. It looked nice on the website, had an interesting menu, and to top it off I had an entertainment coupon so I thought it would be perfect.
I rang to check if I needed a reservation and was told that they were very busy but if I came right away they would get us a table. We arrived promptly as requested only to find an empty restaurant in a neighborhood full of busy ones. Alarm bells were ringing in my head but hunger got the best of me and we sat down.
The owner then proceeded to try to upsell us to the most expensive banquet option available. We declined and ordered normally despite her warnings that it would not be enough.
As we waited for the food the nice atmosphere was shattered by the constant arguments between management and staff.
The food ended up being average, overpriced (even with coupon) and to top it off they charged us for two bottles of water.
When questioned about charging us $6 per bottle of water the senior staff said we never asked for the free tap water. She refused to take off the charge. I eat out more often than I cook at home and this is the first time that a restaurant has ever charged me for water without asking if I wanted bottle or tap first.
Tricking us into rushing down by pretending to be busy, trying to sell us the most expensive food, and then ripping us off at the end. I felt like I was at a used car lot. Why would anybody want to loose a customer for life over a $6 bottle of water is beyond me. Alas I will never find out as I will never return there.

Had dinner with my wife here using a voucher. Found the food quite tasty. The prices are on the high side, but wasn't relevant thanks to our voucher. We dined outside and found it quite pleasant but could be an issue if there were smokers nearby.

Been here a few times, each time the food is very nice but as per one of the other reviews I agree that the portions are getting smaller. The service seems to lack, needed to ask for water twice and wait ten minutes for it. The prices for the food are more than other lebanese restaurants I have been too.
I suggest coming here but come, perhaps, during the week if you want to hopefully get better service. They need one waitress serving the inside customers and, perhaps, two outside, and break them up into servicing certain sections.

When I booked our table for a week-end evening, I requested a seat inside. Oh no, I could almost feel the trepidation about the pre-paid coupon offer I was presenting! I was told they would be really busy, there were no guarantees but 'they would see what they could do'.
When we arrived there were two x couples dining inside, and a girl outside smoking at a table. On a cold-snap night, we were sat next to the entrance door. We were cold, it was drafty as the double doors sat wide open, we were told they had run out of gas for the upright heaters. That's not exactly what we meant, can we move to that empty table for four over there? We were flatly refused.
Understandable if this was the last table left empty, but that was certainly not the case here. There you go, we'd already paid, the attitude was dripping with 'take it or leave it'. So, in a flash we were served our deal that was promoted as of $94 value. This consisted of a lebanese salad, and plate of 4 x dips for entree, a 'meat platter' which were skewer varieties of meat, with a bread basket full of quartered flat bread and a bottle of house wine.
About 10 minutes in, we were less than a quarter way through our entree and our skewer platter is delivered. No comment or apology, just shifting all our stuff on the table to jam on the plate and run. Within 40 minutes we were out the door, because of the bums rush along with the fact we had no desire to linger as it was so bloody unpleasant where we were sat.
As we left, the table we requested to move to sat glaringly empty. Not one more couple or group had entered in the time we were there, and the girl who appeared connected to this establishment continued to smoke out the front. Would I have paid $94 for this? Not on your life. At the discounted price I would not quibble about the standard of the food, although it's funny how much better food seems to taste when you feel your custom is valued, and you feel you are looked after accordingly. However, the service, attitude and the ambience we were afforded was worthless. We will never, ever return.

Had the best meal of my life today, I live out in Mascot were Brighton is down the road with 3-4 lebanese restaurants but Le sarab differently beats them all, I will rather take the 20 min drive to concord to eat lebanese then drive down the road to Brighton...
The service is amazing I was served by a young gentleman I believe his name was michael the owners son, greeted us with a smile and was more than happy to help explain all the dishes and recommend a lot of new flavors.
The food was to die for it melts in your mouth, my favorite was the raw meat wouldn't know how to say it in lebanese, but coming from an Aussie background I love trying new things the mezzas were amazing and large servings including the falafal and fried kibi the mains are to die for best quality meat I have ever had!
The pricing is reasonable a bit higher than others but the service and quality is unbeatable. I'm considering moving to the area just to be closer to the shop. Very lovely experience will be back.

The food is amazing and we continue to go for that alone. The prices are a bit steep but the quality cannot be argued with. We have been on several occasions and experienced different levels of service. Mostly average, but our last visit the server was a pleasure to be served by and we gave him a great tip. Go for the food but don't expect A grade service.

Never going back, a wait of 35 minutes for a ceaser salad that was under average at best - bottled dressing and brown lettuce and a mezze plate of col panfried potatoes with coriander. Finally the mixed grill arrived cold. So we didn't eat, paid the bill and explained why - the argumentative person taking the $ argued 30 mins is quick for made to order - I agreed - had it been straight off the grill and even luke warm- so $80 for cold food and argumentative service - there were only 8 other people there on two tables so hardly busy!

Food was very tasty! When your sitting on a main street outside, under cover, the ambience if not going to be perfect. Service and meal delivery was very very very slow. We waited just under an hour during lunch trade. Prices are reasonable for food on your plate.
