Ambience was really good and service faultless, however, food was terribly mediocre. The Thai fried rice was just fried rice, quite tasteless even though it looked good. Pad see ew was not sweet enough, and meat was tough! Definitely disappointed, and will not return.

This is a great place. Food is always great, the place itself has lovely decor and a really nice feel and Staff have been very friendly.

The room is attractive-looking, however, it was very noisy after the second large table had filled up with patrons. These people were not loud, they just talked. If you are very hungry arrive early. I doubt they can cope with a dozen or so people arriving and expecting to be served together.

The beef was tough. The accompanying oyster sauce was ok but the whole meal was no more than medium warm. The string beans were nicely par-boiled. Chinese restaurants usually do this kind of meal better.

Our second plate was called, approximately, Grandmother's Special. Temperature and flavour good. The meat had been minced up finely. I did not know how to tackle the bunch of cold square uncooked carrot sticks. Perhaps, they should be only half as thick in diameter. The cold lettuce and the cucumber were also a surprise but seemed to balance the spicy meat sauce well.

Apart from the sticky rice there were four halves of hard-boiled eggs. Good value and enough protein for the $15 I paid. The best part of the offerings for us was the look of the room and the peaceful look to the outside of the quiet street.

Just recently moved to Stanmore/Leichhardt, have tried many Thai Restaurants here in Sydney, however, felt that this particular Thai Restaurant definitely stood out from the rest. Prices were right, food was great. I had the Roast Duck with Sweet Chilli and Cashew Nuts with Hokkien Noodles, absolutely delicious. The Duck was nice and tender/boneless and the skin was nice and crisp, exactly how it should be.

Service was warm/genuine, and will definitely make it regular Friday night meal. Definitely recommend this restaurant to others. Also, did not feel ushered out as other Thai establishments tend to do.

Aweseome Thai. Went for the first time on Saturday based on these reviews. Restaurant was surprisingly empty considering the quality of food. Will be back real soon.

Absolutely love this place. My family and I are regulars now. The service is attentive and friendly and the food is so full of flavour and really simply and beautifully presented. Love the chilled but cosy atmosphere and whether it's not really full or packed out it's still a lovely place to eat. Whether I grab take away for the family after uni or we go and sit there together, it's not a formal affair and we're never disappointed. Try the duck, the satay sauce with rice and the black sticky rice for dessert, so much yum!

Wonderful authentic food (we lived in Thailand for 2 years so know what "authentic" really is). Ambience is only scored down because it is on Parramatta Rd, so you do have cars whizzing by out of the corner of your eye, but it is very well soundproofed, no noise issues from the main road.

My husband and I are locals and have been coming to this restaurant for some time (used to be owned by different people). We were not aware of the change of ownership when arriving one evening but are not disappointed. The new owners are professional and friendly. The food is always of a high standard using lovely fresh ingredients. The flavours are great. Very good value for money also. The decor adds to the pleasant dining experience. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting very good Thai food served by professional and friendly staff. Going there tonight!
