Great greek, very friendly service and wonderful food, had lunch and the lamb is to die for! Prawn Saganaki for entree was mouth watering.

Really enjoyed the food and wonderful/quick and attentive service! Went with a friend and back with my family and got the zucchini flowers - yum! The food was really delicious!

I haven't eaten here for about 4 years and it still an excellent place to eat.
The Zucchini flowers for entree were to die for and the Kleftiko (lamb) for my main was amazing. The sauce it was soooo delicious and the meat just fell off the bone. Finished off with the baklava icecream. Yummmmmmo. My date loved that the footy was on the big screen too!

This restaurant we felt was good value for money if not a tad over priced, service staff was very attentive and the portions generous. I was a little disappointed that a traditional Greek menu has been Anglisized to the point where skordalia just becomes no more than a slightly garlic mash. The zuchinni flowers on the other hand were a definite winner.

We were disappointed by this restaurant. Good wine list though not cheap. Nice entrees : flash fried squid with skordalia and cabbage rolls. The mains let us down miserably. Kleftiko that was awful, nothing like I've tasted before and burnt souvlaki. Both were left virtually untouched and did not prompt any curiosity from staff nor did they enquire why we left without coffee or dessert. Pretty poor, all in all.

Tried Kouzina Greko on a Saturday night before my wife had to work a night shift. We had prawns for the entree, and slow cooked lamb and chicken souvlaki for mains, all in all the food was good. Since we had some mains left over, we decided to have them packed, order some more to take away for my wife's work, and stay for dessert.

To our surprise, when asked for take away the waitress looked very confused and went to ask her manager. She then continued to ignore our table for the next 15 minutes so we figured we wouldn't be able to have take away. We decided to finish whatever we could and when we asked her again, she said the manager will come and speak to us.

No sign of the manager, who also continued to ignore us until we were leaving. Thought it was a strange place, and attitude to have, we would have been quite happy for someone to come and tell us that they didn't do take away, but it was like they wanted to avoid the issue so they didn't come back to our table until we asked for the bill. Weren't in the mood to stay for dessert.

Overall good food but service lets it down.

We always order the banquet when we come to Kouzina Greco. That way, we get to sample lots of yummy food! We always leave stuffed and the food is excellent, especially the lamb on the bone. Yum.

I love this place, I'm Greek so eating Greek is like eating at home to me and it takes a bit to impress me. I've been to a few good Greek restaurants in Sydney and Melbourne and this is definitely my favourite. Everything on the menu is great, one night I ordered the sikotakia (chicken livers) from the specials menu, one mouthful instantly transported me back to the Monastiraki.

The banquet menu is great, I took my work there for the end of year bash a few times and ordered the $45pp menu, everyone was stuffed and extremely pleased.
Highly recommended.

My general feeling going in was good. However, after 40 minutes of waiting after I had ordered, I politely asked how much longer. I was then in my opinion rudely gestured with two fingers suggesting two minutes by the waitress.

I ordered the boneless lamb shank stuffed in a kind of pastry. Upon receiving my meal the portion size was very poor for what I payed for. It was basically an expensive Sausage Roll (lamb). Based upon my own experience I would not go back. However, at least give it a try for yourself, your experience may be different to mine.
