Beautifully decked out, and great views of the more scenic parts of the bay. Been here a few times, and folks, don't be fooled by the name. If you're new to coffee, or like it to taste like warm milk, this is the place for you. Our orders have been stuffed-up on every occasion. Last time we ate here, the partner had three ingredients missing from her chicken salad, I had this chicken peri-peri burger, which was two small thumb sized fillets, tough, tasteless and overcooked. The sauce tasted like mayonaisse, instead of peri- peri. This was served with potatoe crisps and cost approx $18.

On another occasion had this nice chicken rissotto, but small serve and over priced. Some of the staff are so over confident, they talk-up how good their coffee and food is, yet the food and coffee are continually returned to the kitchen. Very comical, very unprofessional, a la faulty towers. A couple of months ago, we decided to give it another go, we just about to order our warm milks, when we heard a loud groan from the couple beside us they had worms in their mushrooms. No kisses here.

Cannot rave enough about this place. First time I went they forgot to bring my cookie with my coffee and then I ordered another cup of tea after being there an hour and they managed to forget this too, but boy they couldn't have been more apologetic. I am very accepting of people making mistakes, as long as they take ownership and apologize.

The owner or person in charge came and gave me my tea personally and again apologized and was very keen to have my general feedback as a first timer. I have now been back nearly ten times in 3 months and the staff are all very polite and offer great service. One small criticism is the wraps are beautiful but just a little too much runny, unhealthy dressing that makes the wraps quite soggy. The flavours are beautiful and the excess sauces are not needed. Love this place!
