Came in on the weekend. Not a lot going on at the place in terms of excitement, but the bar was exactly what we expected. Don't come here looking for an amazing cocktail or overwhelming service, but instead come here for a cheeky beer before hitting the rest of the cross.

Pretty good pub food, the fish and chips actually had juicy fish, which has become rare. Steak was also reportedly good. Latest fitout is not as nice and open as the last but the pub is still good for a drink.

I have been to this hotel quite often since it reopened, its a really nice hotel and love the layout but the service is appalling. The lady that seems to be a senior staff obviously doesn't have any customer service skills. I have seen her on many occasions been rude and abrupt to many customers. Its disappointing as all other members of staff are really friendly.

We came on a Friday night after work for drinks in the top floor cocktail lounge and it was fantastic. The view of the city at sunset was beautiful. The vibe in the lounge reminded me of my time in New York. We could smoke on the rather large balcony and eavesdrop on the Cross, always fun. We loved it so much we stayed for dinner in the Bistro and ate perfectly put together meals such as Thai style duck and rice noodle salad, tempura fish and chips and veal rib eye with garlic and rosemary new potatoes.

Again the Bistro has a balcony which we enjoyed. Next time we come we will stay even later it looked like the Copperlily Club was going to go off!

I am a local of Potts Point & have anxiously been waiting for the iconic Kings Cross Hotel to re-open. Needless to say, after numerous visits to the new hotel, I have not been disappointed. The first time I visited was at 2am to the restaurant balcony & was surprised & delighted to see they were still serving food. The service was impeccable & it was interesting to view the streets of the Cross from a lovely, intimate setting.

The second time I visited, I headed to the Cocktail Bar for some tapas & a cocktail... Just lovely.. Being six levels up on a rooftop sipping cocktails & sharing food was a great way to spend a night after work. Definitely recommended!
