We heartedly agree with S&K's comments. If Gordon Ramsey wants to see a good example of Customer Service he should visit Kenny's and watch Billy in action. Billy is sensational and obviously enjoys what he does, which is to make customers feel at home and welcome. He and his colleagues do an excellent job.
The menu has sufficient choices and after one or two visits, you'll know what you prefer over other dishes. Last night we chose well and eat well and chatted with Billy and left smiling. We'll be back and we'll certainly pass the word to friends.

We always have a great time, the service is excellent, the food is great and I must mention Bill. We met Bill (waiter) on first night there and he was very pleasant towards us. Weeks later we came back and he remembered our names and made us feel at home. Months later we went back with the rest of the family and he knows all of us. Always pleasant, funny and generous. A class act!

It's a great place to eat. The food is wonderful, tasty and fresh. The waiters are freindly if not a little funny! Highly recommend dining at this place for a good meal at a reasonable price.

We recently visited the restaurant with some girls and the ambience was absolutely lovely. Having read some reviews previously I was a little concerned that, perhaps, we may not get a sufficient fill, however, I was definitely mistaken. The dishes are not too small at all, and in regards to value for money, the king prawns are divine! If you share the meals it is definitely not expensive at all, and you get to taste various dishes!
One thing I did notice was they did definitely seem to rush things within the restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised when the food arrived so efficiently and I am, by no means, attempting to disregard this very important asset of any restaurant. However, once our meals were done, it seemed the staff were eager for us to leave.
I'm sure they weren't aiming for this outcome as they, perhaps, just wanted to be efficient, but I guess at the end of the day many enjoy a quiet talk after a pleasant meal rather than be eagerly awaited for a finished meal and a new clean table. All in all I will probably return for the food and the value, but am hoping the service was just a tiny bit more relaxed. But thank you for a great night out.

Our social group love this place. Food is always consistent and of the best quality. The service is outstanding especially with lovable personalities such as Bill the waiter. We will continue to go there. AAA+

I went to Kenny's last night for dinner. It has to be the nicest chinese restaurant I have ever been to. The service was fan-bloody-tastic, the food was unreal (crispy duck pancakes are the best), the prices are ok, not great but decent value. I would recommend this restaurant to all my family and friends, great looking place, friendly service, amazing food, decent price.

We've eaten here several times, both in larger and smaller groups. I'd describe the food as modern chinese. The food is delicoius. The atmosphere, lively. Enjoyed on every occasion.

I would have honestly say that this is the best restaurant in Epping if you appreciated great food...if you don't, then don't bother coming. Anyone who thinks Kenny's is overpriced and thinks the portion sizes are too small are obviously used to standard Chinese restaurants where the portions are huge and gluey and the prices are cheap and nasty. Kenny's is not in this class.
You come to Kenny's if you are a food lover...the portion sizes are perfect and you get what you pay for...a quality dining experience. If you want to stuff yourself full of cheap Chinese food go elsewhere.

I can't understand what S. Taylor is talking about! This has got to be one of my favourite restaurants. Pre-cooked food- I don't think so! The food is always fresh and the service is fantastic. Everything on the Chef's Specials Menu is to die for- especially the roast lamb! Thanks Kenny's.

I have heard of Kenny's and thought I would take the family there and give it a try. I don't understand how fresh cooked food can only take minutes before it's on your table. So in my opinion it was already cooked and I don't appreciate paying so much for food that is not fresh.
The portions are not worth the price we paid. We all went home hungry. But I will give it a 10 for fast food, not sit down fine dining. Sorry but I will not be returning.
