Staff are rude and it takes 1 hour to make a sandwich. Any changes to their menu (eg.no bacon thanks) is greatly frowned upon.

I have just finished my tuna sandwich from Kawa and it was the yummiest sandwich I have ever eaten. No joke.

A pretty cafe but highly disorganized. Sullen service, long wait for food (despite it being post-lunchtime) and although the selection of salads and sandwiches looks very tempting in writing, both myself and my friend were very disappointed with our meals - ordinary at best.

There's a great cafe trying to emerge here, but at the moment it is let down horribly by the chaotic way that the place is run. Every time we have been someone has been kept waiting at least 40 minutes for a simple dish - not really acceptable at breakfast time. Our record delay was well over an hour! At least the staff are friendly and the food, once it arrives, is good. The split-level layout is also appealing.
