I live in Newtown and wish this cafe was closer to home. Probably one of the best coffees I have had in my long relationship with caffeine. By the time breakfast was finished I end up drinking 3 divine lattes. Probably a bit too much but I am not often in Cronulla. Food was pretty good too. I will definitely be back. My advice, open a branch in the Inner West.

There are so many better options in Cronulla than this Cafe. Poor service by a staff that clearly adored serving male customers but has no interest in our table of women. We were served very ordinary coffee followed by very ordinary food. We were all surprised that this cafe was so busy! First and last visit for this cafe.

Food was good, location was good. Senior staff who was badmouthing neighbouring businesses (And I happen to be a regular at the exceptional neighbouring business) was the most uncool, pathetic thing I have ever seen. Seriously lady put your time and efforts into maybe serving your customers and shut up on the badmouthing. Your cafe is in great location and the food is good but you're going to have no customers left if you don't relax on the negative, bitter attitude. People want to go to a cafe to eat, chill and enjoy not to hear someones personal, negative opinions.

Overall really good and consistent as I have been a few times and the quality and standard is very high. Great music, food and coffee and I was at Kafenio when 'leader review' was there that afternoon and I think his facts were actually not right. The children were screaming..'out of control' for over a 5-10 minutes period and the mothers were ignoring them mean while over 10-15 patrons were glairing at them, and myself for the parents to control their kids, they did nothing.

The lady came out and told them to keep it down because other customers were getting annoyed and they clearly were. A time later the father of the undisciplined children came in from the upstairs bar intoxicated, started swearing at the staff about telling their kids to be quiet. People like this should buy dogs not have kids they aren't good role models, so yeah don't bring your out of control naughty kids to this cafe or they will probably be told to sit down and shut up. Other than the drunk guy my experience was great and I'll be back!

It's in the mall, fine. But forget bringing your children it's owned by the wicked witch of the west. My 2yr old daughter and her little friend were giggling loudly in the concourse and the senior staff came out and threatened to hit my daughter with a wooden spoon if she didn't quiet down! I know it's only my story but customer service begins with your customers and no one should speak to anyone's child like that. No coffee is worth allowing some bitter woman in a cheap berret to take out her balance sheet frustrations out on children.

The breakfast and coffee were good (I've only eaten here once but had coffee a couple of times). On the last visit the staff were hard to get attention. I heard the lady who seemed to be the senior staff badmouthing a neighbouring business in front of all the customers! That didn't help the ambience much! Will not be back.

The coffee is great, pity about the expensive price of $5 for a take away large flat white though! This would have to be the most expensive coffee in the Sutherland Shire! If this cafe brought the prices down to the average of $3.30 to $4 they may get more customers order their great coffee! The barista is rude!

Food - sensational, each had a big breakfast, eggs, perfectly poached, crispy bacon and mushrooms to die for. Service - hard to get the girls attention, she knew we were there, after about 10 minutes brought over a table number and asked for our order, she hadn't given us menus yet.

Then after our meal was finished, the older lady came and got our plates and she was lovely, asked how the food was, had a chat for a good 5 minutes. She was great! Ambience - what you'd expect in the mall, loud, but cosy. Value, food was really cheap, but the drinks seemed a little pricy, 12.50 for 1 coffee and 2 juices from a bottle.
