Booking for me has been easy, with sms reminder a couple of days before the visit have been very helpful. Service was great and staff are well trained and experienced. Done a couple of diamond peel treatment with scoopon vouchers and very delighted with the result. Will definitely visit again and recommend to my friends!

I purchased two vouchers, one for 3 waxes, and other for 3 facials. For the first I went for a brazilian and was so dissapointed in it, as she went over areas atleast 3 times leaving it red, swollen, and bits began to bleed slightly. Bookings were extremely hard to make as well as the Beautician being rushed and not very friendly until the end.

Worst of all I had a booking when I woke to a call regarding a family emergency. I rang the number provided on the voucher, it was off so i left a voice message and apologised profusely an hour an a half before my booking. I then recieved a call 2 hours later. I apologised once again only to have her raise her voice at me and be extremely rude, I have never been treated that way by someone and I work in retail.

She finally scoughed at me and hung up on me mid sentence. I was told that I shouldn't have called the number on the voucher because that phone doesn't have voicemail despite me leaving one. It was the only number on the voucher and internet. I have no intention on using my 5 other treatments.

I have been using JJ Beauty services for a few month now and have been very happy with them. The quality of work (waxing) is amongst the best I've had. Service is quick, friendly and very importantly, extremelly reasonably priced. As an extra added bonus, I get a reminder SMS a couple of days before the appointment, which is priceless for a busy person like me.

Went because of 3 treatment $39 group deal.

Booking: Can only use sms to book. Phone goes to voice mail always. Emails are not answered.

Got a diamond microdermabrasion that left scratches on my face. The beautician treated a sensitive area too harshly. Summary: Procedures are carried out without proper inspection/checkup.

Got the eyebrow wax unlike others before me.

Amazed that the actual amount of the treatments was quoted at $450! If the service was sub-standardized due to the price reduction, I believe it would defeat the purpose of getting new, repeat customers.

I regularly use the products from JJ's and find their service and value very good. They have friendly staff and attend to customers quite promptly. I believe that the atmosphere is relaxing and calming. I have recommended this place to my friends.

I've been looking for a place that does Brazilians waxing for a while and have had many awful treatments in the past at other salons. My friend recommended I should try JJ's Beauty in Chatswood.

I'm extremely happy with the results and the best Brazilians waxing I have ever found. Highly recommend. All the other services I have tried have been excellent.

Agree with last review (I also used a 3-facial coupon).

Poor customer service: Beautician was pushy and rushing. Booking were very difficult to make.

Poor quality: Was talked out of microdermabrasion and recommended a peel, which I suspect was because it was cheaper and less time consuming for staff. Promised eyebrow wax was not delivered.

Poor ambience: bad music/microwave/TV/staff chatter etc in the background.
Not bothering to go back for third facial.

Poor customer service: it all starts with bad booking service (play SMS pingpong trying to book an appointment).

No consultation or introductions, no enquiry about concerns or allergies prior to treatment. No explanation of treatment itself. Most of facial done with door open to waiting room with no regard for privacy. Omission of advertised eyebrow wax 'with every facial'.

Ambience: Staff talking loudly outside, preparing lunch with microwave beeping, could even smell the food that was prepared!

Quality, Health and safety: no handwashing between leaving room and recommencing disrupted treatment, no checking of allergies or health concerns before applying treatment.

Value: group buying coupon $39 deal for three facials, but with this service and health concerns, wouldn't bother returning for rest of the deal.

Worst facial experience ever!
