Agree with previous reviews. The bento boxes and large sushi sets are pretty good value. The food quality is better than your average Sushi Train joints, but nothing extraordinary. The furniture and deco are very humble, then so are the people there.

Very much a "hole in the wall" Sushi place in the chinatown end of Hurstville. The staff are friendly and prompt and whilst we would agree the serving sizes are not large, the freshness and quality are good for the area. Their sushi are better than their hot dishes and the platters are good value for the made to order aspect. Happy to recommend for a quick sushi fix.

This is a true local to satisfy your japanese cravings, I'm never disappointed by the food here. The place is tiny, so groups aren't advised but this is just not that type of place. Come here if you want fresh authentic japanese food at decent prices, reminiscent of small fast eateries in Tokyo where you eat and go. I always order their bento boxes at about $14, with teriyaki, sashimi, a sushi, tempura, tofu rice and miso. The servings aren't huge, but its always enough and the variety is what keeps me coming.

Excellent quality, excellent taste, awesome service, great value. The only downside? A bit cramped. And well, there would be quite a lot of people most of the time (because Kazuki is great) so you might have to wait 3 ~ up to 15 minutes at the most.

Firstly the shop is tiny so it is only good if you have a small group. The moment you go in you'll know ambience was not a priority when they started shop. Its a small place where one would go to have a quick bite and move along.

Food wise, it's not great but its not bad. Go in with low expectation and you'll come out satisfy. That said if you have another japanese eatery you frequent in the city and north side, better off sticking with those unless you simply want some local japanese food to cure a sudden craving.

Average Japanese food (good but small servings) and a cramped atmosphere make it good only if you want a quick feed. Definitely no place to take more than 4 people to.
