Coffee burnt, staff rude and clearly do not want to be there and do not care. Will not be going back.

Have been here many times before with little issue, however, they let themselves down completely today with the rude girl that was taking orders.

When I ordered my food, followed by two toasted cheese sandwiches for my children (which are on the menu) she walked away with no explanation, when she came back she seemed standoffish toward me and typed in 1 toasted cheese sandwich, when I said it was two she rolled her eyes and huffed. I asked her if there was a problem she snapped that they were very busy [so it was kind of inconvenient that they would have to make these things].

I was stunned by her blatant rudeness, I've never known anywhere crack it because someone had dared to order something off their Own menu. I told her not to worry about it as clearly it was too much trouble, picked my son up and walked away. I soon returned to speak to the 'senior staff' who seemed more amused than apologetic.

If the child behind the counter with a massive attitude problem had just explained the situation with some manners and not carried on the way she did it wouldn't have even been an issue. So glad I walked away without spending a cent in there.

Had a Wendy's hotdog where we got much better service. Sort your customer service out, employ some mature people who are actually happy to be there and don't have massive chips on their shoulders and your service might actually make your establishment worth the money!

Using packaged processed chicken cubes in the club sandwich is below expectations. Also fried egg in club sandwich is not correct and makes it a glorified breakfast instead of a tasty lunch. Lose the fried egg and the salty overprocessed chicken, service and coffee good.
