A very disappointing dining experience. I ordered a chicken caesar salad and the chicken was very scant. The waitress confirmed my suspicion that the caesar dressing was out of a masterfood's bottle. I was horrified to pay nearly $20 for a food court quality salad. I had to remind the waitress to bring my meal while I awkwardly sat with friends politely waiting while their mains went cold. The gelato is a cheap grainy confection served in it's plastic tub on a plate with a spoon. Very ordinary. I won't be dining there again.

Couldn't fault this place. It was nice and quiet for a Tuesday night. The waitress was Very polite and helpful. The food was absolutely perfect. Just enough of everything. Its out of the way, in a little shopping mall but don't let that put you off. This is a Great place. Will definitely be going back.

Been back every week since this review. The food is perfect. We weren't keen on the desserts but the entrees & mains are perfect. Yummmmmmmm.

A group of us went with friends that are regulars here, why they go back, I don't know. Sorry, but it was very disappointing. Started well, with friendly service, but the meals were a real let-down. Garlic prawns were very bland, hardly any taste at all. Grilled barramundi (which I am not convinced was actually Barramundi at all) was tasteless, no seasoning or flavour, served with steamed veggies, booooring.

Pasta was pretty average tasting, as though each dish was served with the same bottled sauce and the pasta was overcooked and mushy. Service was good early on, but deteriorated over the evening. Nowhere near worth the prices, more like food court food. Shame, because it's a nice looking place with friendly staff.

Unfortunately, the food we ordered was not very appertising. I ordered the Risotto and it was cold and big clumps of cold/frozen meat covered in sauce. The pizza's are very average, I wouldn't call them Gourmet. Sorry guys, we have been there a few times over the years and sad to say will not come back.

Based on the reviews we decided to try out Jag's on a cold winter's night. The place is a bit hidden away and the decor is nice but not particularly interesting. The room was quite cold with most of the diners still wearing scarves and jumpers.
We had the Ribs, Veal Oscar and a children's meal.

The pork ribs were nicely cooked with a BBQ sauce and a bed of chips plus a cob of corn. While the portion size was good it wasn't as huge as you get in some other places. The Veal Oscar was presented nicely with vegetables and the overall dish was nice. The children meal was a standard fare of nuggets and chips plus ice cream.

Overall the food was good but I certainly wouldn't say it was outstanding.

Due to booking too late we couldn't get in for dinner so went elsewhere, after leaving that restaurant disappointed we decided to go to Jag's for dessert, well believe me we weren't disappointed here. The desserts and coffees were fantastic. The atmosphere in the restaurant was great and we could smell the aroma of good food around us.

The service was great, thankyou to the young american waitress, she was happy, bubbly and was prompt with all our request. We can't wait to go back and next time it will not only be for dessert.

My family and I love this restaurant. The service is prompt and attentive without being pushy. We have tried lots of different dishes and have loved them all. The servings are generous and the prices are good. This is now our family favourite restaurant.

OMG, this place is awsome, have been to Jags for the past 3 years and constantly come back for the great food and great service. My girlfriends and I usually come on a friday and saturday night, and even though it is busy and loud it is great to see that there are smiling faces everywhere and constantly the faces of regular customers.

A restaurant in my opnion that is not busy, has worries it is great to go out for dinner and see that the restaurant is constantly busy and full of life and atmosphere as the food is fantastic and well in our budget. Its very family and children friendly and is great because most places I have been to aren't
the workers are very friendly and are always ontop of their work ensuring we are happy and are ok.

I have recommended Jags to alot of my friends, and those that have been there are very pleased with everything. The restaurant itself is beautiful and don't agree to others that say the bathrooms are dirty and full of insects as everytime I have been there it is very very clean and no insect in sight except for outside which is expected from an outdoor area

Difinitely will be there again very soon to enjoy the fantastic food, loving the pizzas, and pastas. I ensure you that this restaurant is fantastic and I highly recommend it to anyone, as I travel a great distance just to get take away when there is a restaurant right next door to me.

The owners are fantastic and work their restaurant well, ensuring service is great and everyone is happy. It is not at every restaurant you see the owners there keeping there business going and building great relationships with their customers.
Fantastic and love what they are doing, top seller for me and all my friends, loving it.

We have been going to JAG's since it opened and have always found it to be a first class restaurant. The staff are friendly, the food is great and reasonably priced. They have a great Champagne, which we have each time we go, which is about 3 times a month. The owners' do a fantastic job. The place is clean, friendly and very family orientated. We highly recommend it.

Ok firstly, to all those people who have left silly and false remarks about this place, you are wrong. I have been going there once a week for the last 4 years and have never had a problem with anything.

The food is amazing, the service is wonderful and it's always a great experience every time. I have never seen cockroaches inside the restaurant ever. Unless you are sitting in the outdoor area because clearly, you are outside so there are bound to be insects there.

As mentioned earlier, the dining experience here is wonderful, great for families and the food is made fresh which you can tell by the taste. There is no way any of it tastes like pre packaged food like others have claimed. It's obvious that's all they eat and don't know good food when they see it.

This is definitely a wonderful restaurant and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
