Was here after work for drinks with staff and found the bar staff clearly didn't even know the meaning of customer service. Working in the hospitality industry myself I found it quite rude to be treated harshly by a female bartender who quite clearly was having bad night. She preceded to cut me off and let my friends keep drinking even tho I was the designated driver and clearly hadn't had anything worthwhile cutting me off for!

I asked to speak to the staff whom I regrettably did not get a name for and he backed his bartender and condoned her behaviour. I asked him to actually listen to what I had to say and he hid around the corner with his bouncers. Really not worth the effort trying to get in here. There's better late night bars out there with much better hospitality skills.
