Omg - this is the Best Malaysian food you will ever eat! So fresh, such flavours, I can't wait to go back and get more. It's just a tiny little place with cramped seating and it's only open 3 nights a week. Absolutely worth the inconvenience though. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go back.

I have known that it is a good place for Malaysian food, finally got a chance to try. Ordered the chicken wings, cha kway teow with seafood, they are so nice! Also tried the malaysian milk tea, I love it with the condensed milk, not too sweet with the tea flavour! I also had the roti with pandan and coconut for dessert, OMG, it is so yum! even though I was so full, I couldn't resist to finish most of it! Waitress are very nice and attentive. Will definitely come back to try other foods!

Jackie M's is possibly the most fresh Malaysian restaurant in that everything is packed with flavour & you can easily tell the difference between her home made laksa/ curry pastes and bottled versions some lazy restaurants use. A good, zingy laksa. Amazing chicken wings.

I dined with a group of 11 on Friday night. We were booked for 6:30 but had to push it back to 7 pm which was fine by the restaurant so that was a definite plus. Eating out with such a large group is often difficult because of pushy waiters hovering over your table waiting to usher you out but none of that was seen at Jackie M.
The food was great, the restaurant was buzzing and the wait staff left us to our conversation so I really can't ask for much more. Definitely a winner in my books!

Went for an impromptu dinner. Very simple furnishings. Otak otak - moist fish with kaffir lime leaves steamed in banana leaves (two pieces). Haianese chicken served with very chili sauce and garlic-flavoured rice. Note that the chicken is served cold. And we overheard that the chicken may be off the menu soon as the cook who makes it is leaving for personal reasons.
Also tried the CKT with seafood, yummy wok breath. And the banana roti - yum.
Food took a bit of time to arrive so be prepared to be patient. Lots of local residents order takeaway for the family so there is a lot of people moving in and out.

My boyfriend and I have eaten several times at the restaurant. Usually we've had fairly good hawker food. We recently went there on a Friday night and the poor service ruined our evening. We ordered 3 main dishes at 7.40pm and my main arrived 50 minutes late at 8.30pm. No apology or explanation was given for the long wait (3 tables that had arrived after us were served their food before my main arrived).
After 10 minutes my boyfriend's main had still not arrived. By this stage I had finished my chicken rice so we cancelled the remaning dishes and my poor boyfriend was left hungry. The waitress said "sorry about that" but she didn't show any sincere concern towards the situation. We won't be going back.

Went there last night after trying them at a market a few weeks back. Restaurant is bare-bones but I like that because I know my cash is not paying for their latest renovation adventure. Service was adequate. Definitely book as they only have 4-5 tables. Ambience was adequate, I go there for food, don't really care about ambience that much. Value - Got out of there with 2 entrees and 2 mains for $54 which is about what I expected to pay even though I wouldn't normally spend that much. The servings are large, entrees as well, we could have left after the entrees to be honest feeling well fed ! Food - 9/10 their peanut satay sauce was damn good, I know alot of people say this about various things - but possibly the best I've had outside Malaysia (I'm there at least once a year). I had the lamb curry which was very tasty, my friend had the Hainanese chicken which was ok. We were so full so we'll have to go back and have the durian milkshake and cendol.

Tried this at the night noodle festival. Very delectable food on offer, and provides a great asian culinary experience.

I know of Jackie since years ago when I was working in Chatswood, Jackie run a stall at the market there every Thurs, and she has the best value meal ($10 The Works, coconut rice, 2 curries, 2 chicken satay and roti). Her spiral curry puffs were also the best I ever had in Australia!
Recently, hear from friends that there is a new Malaysian Restaurant in Corcord and it turns out to be Jackie's. I have been there twice since and had tired the chicken rice (good), cha kway tioa (good) and laksa (good). The food is all great, however, seating in the shop is a bit awkward and it feels more like a takeaway. The service, what service?
Well, if you're after good food and not service or ambience (like most typical Singaporean!), head down to Jackie's!

Fantastic authentic Malaysian food! I'm often wary of eateries that claim to be Malaysian but Jackie M's does not disappoint. All the dishes I've tried there so far have been excellent. When they have it, it's great to end the meal with their bubur cha cha for dessert after a bowl of prawn noodle soup or nasi lemak.
