Pricey drinks. Pretty crowded. Loved the ambience though. Didn't appreciate those who were puffing smoke into my face.

Went here last night at around 12pm. It was insanely packed so it's difficult and uncomfortable to dance. The place is also filled with smokers so the air is pretty disgusting wherever you are. Overall, I wouldn't go back and pay $20 to get into a place filled with smokers.

I loved the layout and the decor. The atmosphere was great! The drinks were too expensive for what what was provided- most of the drink was ice. The bar service was very quick. The music was good but, I would have liked there to be more dance remixes of top 50 songs on the music charts. I found the fact that lots of people smoking in the dancing area was off putting.

After a great night out, I was very disappointed to have my bag and jacket stolen on Friday night. The venue itself is nice, however, the level of security offered to patrons is questionable. Once security were informed, very little was done to rectify or turn around the situation. Ladies - be careful, it took literally 5 seconds for these shifty people to swoop.

We went here for Friday drinks and lunch. It has a great vibe. They have done a nice job with the place. The drinks are a tad expensive but you are paying for the experience so..... The food was actually pretty good also. I had the barramundi. It was well cooked. The staff seemed very pleasant. No issues there.

Its not a bad place to go for friday night drinks. A bit pricey, but I'd rate as "average value" for their happy hour drink prices. The crowd can be a downside, quite pretentious, but I guess that's the kind of people these places-to-be-seen attracts.

Drinks expensive, too noisy, too crowded, can't see the point. Maybe we're just too old. Don't know if we need to say anything else really.

I went here with a few of my friends, since I had heard so much about it. It was quite pleasant, but I think it was a bit overrated. The service was acceptable, but it wasn't first class. The drinks were very nice. The food was average, nothing exciting. It is a pleasant way to pass an evening. I will come back again, but it isn't as the best bar in Sydney, as many people claim.

I love the Ivy, it is still and will be the big trendy place in town to go. If you don't like these places then don't write on here your comments, in comparable to what your use too. For those who have never gone, get dressed sexy and smart (business) because I can guarantee you will have the night of your life!

My friends and I visit Ivy frequently. Music is good, the crowd is good and its got a great atmosphere. But what is with the yellow melamine cups? This place screams class but the yellow cups make you feel like you're at a childrens tea party! My visitors I took there a couple of weeks ago thought it was pretty funny.
