Just had a table of 13 for a Mother's Day banquet. The food was amazing, the haloumi was probably the best I have ever had (and I've had many!).

Service was lovely and the restaurant had a nice relaxing atmosphere. Everyone enjoyed the day and I can't wait to return!

Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend this restaurant for delicious Greek/Cypriot food.

We were recommended to try Island and we were blown away by the food. Not only was delicious but the staff catered for any additional requirements we were after. Unbelievable value for fresh, quality food.

Zippos latest and greatest, loads of atmosphere, good wine and of course Zippos awesome combination of Greek Food which is both Traditional and Modernized. Highlly recommended.

Freaking awesome haloumi! Soft not rubbery. The quality of the cuisine is right up there with the best in Sydney's Greek/Cypriot restaurants. Atmosphere is lively, food is fresh, service was brilliant!

First time I had been there in late march and was there with my wife and we eat out regular and found the food to be great and great service and went out of there way to make our night enjoyable, went back with 12 people two weeks later and everyone had a great time and all enjoyed the set menu and found it to be value for money. Would highly recommend it.

When this place first opened it was great! I think Chef needs night off or holiday! Didn't peel broad beans yuk! Way too loud turn music down! Expensive for tapas which is a shame after the first visit my expectations were higher. No we probably won't go again.

Loved the food, especially the seafood. We had the set menu, which we couldn't finish and my husband can eat! The prawn saganaki dish is divine! The best way to describe the food is, greek with a modern twist. Not the typical stuff that you get everywhere else. Great place to go with the kids as well.

Was looking forward to 1st time here as I have followed Zippo to many establishments and never been disappointed. The place was loud to the point that it was uncomfortable. Staff were nice, friendly and attentive. Was excited to see the linguini on the menu which was similar to a favorite at and earlier restaurant but, unfortunately, was v disappointed. All I could taste was pepper. Other meals were good but would say average. Overall nothing that would make me want to go back. Would not recommend.
