I was just passing by and I needed some hair products. Thank goodness they stocked my favourite brands L'oreal and Redkin. I was quickly attended to and helped with my enquiry.

The salon looked like a busy one, plenty of people in it, and was clean and tidy and well stocked with product. It's a shame I don't live in the area, as I would make it my salon.

Where has basic customer service gone? I'd never been there before yet I was led straight to the shampoo area without anyone asking me how I would like my hair cut. Only when my hair was wet did I meet the person who was about to cut it. A trim ended up with losing about three inches off the length and although I asked for long layers, I came out with more hair being cut off of one side than the other.

Once dried my hair looked like it had been 'chopped' literally. Was constantly left whilst my hairdresser answered the phone even though there were other staff members standing around doing nothing. Not the most pleasant experience in the world. Would not recommend.

I stopped in late in the day to get a hair cut, while the service was good served with a smile and my hair cut was neat I feel that for the amount I paid I did not get enough in the value.

They did wash my hair though when you go to the hairdressers you really look forward to a head massage which I did not get here, really disappointing. It did not leave me with a good impression to go back, for the amount I paid I would of expected better value instead I got basic standard.
