No where near as good as the rating suggests... Very disappointing! Mussaman curry was very oily and the meat was burnt and tough! Curry puffs were also oily! Never again...

They have cheap lunch specials at only $7.50 for most dishes (unless you get seafood). I had the Tom Yum noodles with pork and my friend had the Pad Thai with chicken. He thought the pad thai was too salty although when I had a small taste it seemed quite nice. The Tom Yum noodles were quite good, not particularly spicy but had a lot of flavour.

They've tried to be cool with the ambience inside, stone tables and glass chairs but they feel a bit grotty, its not been kept particularly clean although it looks nice at the first glance. Looks a bit cheap inside now with printed paper plastered here and there and printed out lunch menus.

Had dinner on Thu evening. The place is starting to look a little run down but still ahead of many other Asian restaurants in Kingsford. Shared an entree of chicken satay which came out burnt on one side. The waitress immediately, and without question, took it back to the kitchen for correction. Wife had prawn pad Thai and I had red beef curry. Food quality was Ok only and reasonably priced.

We ordered the satay entree. The peanut sauce was sweet with peanut pieces. It wasn't spicy. My partner had a stir-fry with red curry, thai herbs, lime leaves and chili with duck. He asked for extra spicy, and it definitely was. The duck was tender and ample amount in the dish. I had the noodle stir-fry with vermicelli, egg, and veggies with chicken. It was good. There were generous amounts for both dishes. Overall, the food was enjoyable.

The furniture is pretty basic. Simple tables and chairs. However, we felt comfortable. It was a bit loud, but it was not unpleasant. The service staff was helpful and kind. Our food came quite quick, despite it being busy on a Saturday night. For the 2 of us including BYO, our meal was $40. For the generous portions, this was a good price. We will visit again.

Definitely a No.1 choice when I come around this area. Generous amount per dish and everything tastes absolutely delicious. You can tell the chef has put heart and mind into preparing each dish. If casual dining and a true Thai service is what you're looking for, this is the place.

Food was good and the serving amount was generous too. We were ordering some kind of curry (can't remember) but it was delicious. The interior look with some nice wall decoration was unique. It was quite a nice place to have a tasty and comfortable dinner!

Delicious food for great price. If anyone is into durian, they have the best Durian ice cream I've ever had. Have been there a few times and will definitely revisit.

I eat here a few times a week sometimes, everything on the menu is yum yum yum. Pad kaprao gai (thai style of course) is always a fave and the mussaman curry is very unique. Awsome price we usually eat for 30 for the two of us and are always very very full.

Ate here recently with a group of people we had a number of dishes, chargrilled octopus (tender) soft shell crab, coconut chicken curry, papaya salad (refreshing), a kick-ass hot pork stir-fry, pad thai, sizzling beef salad. Overall I think the food was good for a suburban eatery, the meal worked out to $20 a head which I think is a bargain considering we all BYO'd. The tables/chairs are basic as is the restaurant outlay, service is relaxed and casual too, so if you want a cheap meal out with reasonable service and food this is a good pick.
