Had dinner here on a Saturday night with my partner where we ordered 2 entrees and 2 mains. The staff were friendly but as we kept on waiting for a good 15-20 minutes no one came to apologise for the wait or offer any help. When the entrees finally came we ate them quickly as we were hungry, and had to wait another 20 minutes for our medium rare steak.

All of our dishes shouldn't have taken the extremely long wait for each dish. Mind you, the restaurant was not even full that night. Not at all. I even noticed a couple who sat near us, who received all of their dishes before us. And they came after us.

Very disappointed with the kitchen service, over priced for the small portions and would Not recommend anyone to dine there.

We had dinner there last night and the place was very busy. The food is quite pricey for what you get. I had the barramundi and like the previous reviewer there were no sides which meant we had to order a salad which added to the cost. The serving was also quite small.

The service was not bad, the meals came out in a reasonable time and they were not in a hurry to move us on. I was a little disappointed with the dessert, the crispy apple and cinnamon ravioli reminded us all of a very small McDonalds hot apple pie. We won't be rushing back either.

We had dinner on Sat night, the place was very busy. We felt they had squeezed in extra tables and chairs in order to turn more covers. We had a few pizza's and barramundi to share. The pizza had no cheese at all! or maybe even 2 shards...the only good thing I could say about the pizza is the base, very thin and tasty.

The barramundi was $35.00 with no sides, seriously how can you charge $35.00 for farmed barramundi without even a side salad, but they can easily charge you for one. We didn't finish the pizza (due to it being very dry, considering there was no cheese) the barramundi was finished as it was a very small serving. We paid approx $40/head for dry pizza and a small portion of barramundi and soft drinks. I will never come back.

I love this restaurant my husband and I dine here on a very regular basis, the food is always good and we always discover something new on the specials menu. The service is friendly and relaxed and We always feel so welcome. Great local Italian restaurant, keep it up guys!

My husband and I went to Il Lago last night for our Anniversary. We have been here many times before and returned last night because our last experience the food was wonderful.

Unfortunately, last night was very disappointing, the food was very nice but the service was serverely lacking. My wine was placed in a ice bucket but not opened or poured. Trying to attract service was difficult through out the evening. My husband actually got up and went to the counter to get a water.
We were unable to attract any attention to get the bill to pay, and when finalising the account my husband expressed his disappointment with the evening the response was 'oh'.

I walked next door to 'Omage' and picked up a card. We eat out frequently and like this location as it's close to home. Based on the reviews, and the packed house last night, we will be going to Omage for our next night out.

My wife, and me went in on a Saturday night, and we got squeezed in on short notice. The ambience and service was outstanding, really nice feel to the restaurant, and the service was quick, as we were really hungry! The food was fantastic, I had the Barramundi and my wife the Pumpkin Gnocchi, it was to die for. Highly recommend going to this restaurant, one of the finest in Sydney's Northwest, and the best in the local area.

One word... Yum. Went there tonight after reading these reviews & we both thoroughly enjoyed it. Everything was fresh & plentiful. Service was outstanding & the waitresses werent in your face which was great. Will definitely go back.

My visit was last Christmas but I feel I owe this feedback to this restaurant. We went there to have our office Xmas party and the place was packed with many other groups. However, the food for everyone arrived about the same time and everyone was happy with their food. I know it wasn't cheap but well, the boss was paying! We might go back there tonight.

Been there several times with work. Shared a sixpack of rocks and bread/oil/ balsamic. She had crispy Barramundi, I had the pork. This was the Best pork ever. She raved on about the flavours.
