I'm not vegetarian, but I really enjoy their healthy foods. Love the casseroles, curries and lasagnes for lunch. For something lighter, the tofu fritter is delish. And for dessert, sago pudding is my favourite. I don't mind paying a bit more knowing its healthier and gluten and lactose free too.

Excellent gluten free options. Expensive take away but the lentil curry was delicious and the staff were very knowledgeable which makes like easier.

Healthy options, a little pricey, but worth it. Love the rice balls! Neutral bay shop is more a takeaway place, difficult to find, but will be back for more!

For takeaway vegetarian food which is actually healthy, no other outlet beats Iku. Almost everything on the menu is great from the soups to the casseroles and the laksa. It's also one of the very few places that uses beans and pulses in their meals (especially the casseroles) and are delicious. Just beware the food it definitely more expensive than your average takeaway but I guess you're paying for the better quality and healthier choice.

Food is pretty good but expensive. Try the rice balls or tofu fritter. Their casseroles are perfect in winter.

This is the perfect place for a healthy lunch in the city. I didn't realise until recently that Iku were in the city (there is another one in Westpac Plaza near Wynyard). They produce wonderful creative fresh vegetarian meals and are very popular with office workers all around. Try the burger - very mellow but divine!
