This place changes hands so often its hard to rate. The latest menu offers a grilled chicken burger with Chilli Mayonnaise I asked for the mayo without chilli and they said they only had Chilli Mayonnaise. The burger was very dry without any mayonnaise and I was very disappointed.

Nothing to get too excited about. But honest pub grub, decent size meals, represents good value for money.

Have been to this pub many times over the years for drinks and meals. The bistro food is the usual pub fare, steaks are nice and the atmosphere is very down to earth. Surprising though that every time I have been to there for meals the bistro is completely empty even on a Saturday night.

The pub itself has looked the same for years other than having a few minor changes here and there and has the potential to be something huge and given there is only a handful of pubs in the entire district it would be money well spent with very little competition.
