    The staff here would rather have a chat with each other than serve you or get on with making your coffee/juice/food. A juice that takes about 2 minutes to be made at a busy city juice bar is about a 10 minute experience at the Health Emporium. Despite the fact that it annoys me I've been going there for over a year, and its always the same!

    I've given the Health Emporium a few chances after a couple of bumpy encounters but, unfortunately, nothing has improved on the customer service front. Staff always seem too 'busy' to serve, talking with each other behind the counter. My last attempt at lunch there was no different.

    Food was cold and there was no real attempt to make amends. There seems to be a culture of complacency or just too large a dose of 'Bondi cool' to make this place the nice roadside cafe/health store it could be. Avoid.
