    It's an espresso bar so you would imagine they know what a cappuccino is, apparently it's just like a latte but with cocoa. That seems to be what the barista at Harrys seems to think.

    It's a great location so I have thus far made two attempts to enjoy a coffee here but both times when ordering my usual cappuccino I am met with a Way too hot, frothless and weak drink. Today I even had to blow a little froth out of the way to check the colour of the liquid to ensure they hadn't forgotten to add the coffee.

    Oh, and leaving pastries uncovered on the front counter and exchanging money with customers directly over these pastries can't be smart OH&S. Come on guys, you have a killer location, why not get the basics right?
