Moderately priced, but well worth it - the supreme pizza is delicious. Toppings can be a little bit stingy, but the pizza base makes up for it - not too oily or burnt. GPK is one of a few places where you can eat pizza and not feel overloaded with oil and cheese upon finishing your meal. Service is good and surroundings are pleasant.
Popular amongst large groups and families, this franchise serves a wide variety of pizzas not traditionally heard of. Innovative combinations such as 'New orleans' with marinated cajun chicken, roast potato, spinach, mushrooms and tomato sauce topped with sour cream and drizzled with sweet chilli sauce is just one out of the many different ones to be had.
Priced at around $22 per pizza, they claim to have bases of up to 97% fat free, which is great considering each bite was packed with flavor. Don't come here for true Italian otherwise you'll be sorely disappointed but if unusual, fun, tasty pizzas tickles your fancy then you've come to the right place.
Morocco $21.90. Slightly overcooked beef fillets marinated with Moroccan spices, fetta cheese, generous chunks of semi dried tomatoes and grilled eggplant served on tomato sauce, topped with herb yoghurt, fresh parsley and a wedge of lemon was robust with flavor, on a crisp doughy base.
Excellent customer service, staffs are very friendly. Food was mixed, the Jakarta pizza was excellent, while the Barbados Pizza is ok not really special. The dessert was excellent, I had apple and cinammon sticks with ice cream.
My Girlfriend and her mother I have dinner here once a fortnight. We always find the food and service excellent. So much so because we are such regular customers they will always take a discount off the bill. I cannot complain.
I had actually been a while back, before I joined eatability. Just saw the rating it had and thought I had to say something. Look the pizzas were OK. Also ate the Bali Pizza, the name is more exotic than the taste, but what really put us off was the service. It just seemed like the staff were more worried about getting us the hell out of there so they could leave right on time then they were worried about whether we would come back. We finished our meals (5 of us) and decided to try their desserts (I've got a huge sweet tooth) we were told the kitchen was closed and the restaurant was closing in 15 minutes. Yes it was closing in 15 minutes but to be told that was just rude, especially when we saw one of the staff behind the counter eating what looked like icecream after we were given the bill. I'm sorry but it was just plain RUDE!!!!!
I love this restaurant. There's a lot of variety and it is by far, the best pizza restaurant in Sydney. The service was great and was also vegetarian friendly. I love eating at GPK.
The pizza is the best in Sydney. Not really the best but they are actually better known (or not known) for their ice creams. The owner has won several awards for his ice creams and when you try them you agree he deserves them. Try the coconut ice cream (toasted desiccated bits of coconut in it). The place is tinny though sits no more than 10 people so go for take away but their combination of ingredients on pizza is amazing.
