It's all about the fantastic food and service at Gotties. Where else do you go casual dining and find this level of service? As well as the extensive menu with new specials on every week, the coffee is freshly roasted, and beer brewed fresh on the premises and readily available on tap. I book in once a fortnight, and highly recommend the Tuscan woodfired pizza, greek salad, Lamb specials or Lasagne, dessert nutella banana pizza and gelato.

Fantastic, Everytime we go the service is excellent always a friendly smile, the food is fantastic and the bill always shocks me with the small price!

I ate here with my partner, who is a local business man and has eaten there before. On this occasion the service was poor, the Chardonnay was warm and my meal served cold. I did complain, Management did not manage my concerns in a professional manner, nor apologise. Hence, we will never return.

I ate here with my hubby the other night. He ordered a small pizza and a greek salad while I had a lamb main from the specials board. We swapped halfway through as is our tradition so we both had a bit of everything. My meal was absolutely fantastic with the lamb cooked as I asked and lovely and tender, beautiful sauces and the vegies were just right (Hubby agreed with me). The pizza was a bit so-so (I personally am not a fan of the topping my Husband chose, however, he thought it was a bit average too).

There wasn't anything in particular that was wrong with the pizza: it was cooked well, the topping to base ratio was good, etc, its just that it didn't really have any wow factor. Fortunately, my meal was big enough to serve two by itself. Additionally the salad was fresh and dressed well. We also ordered 2 flat whites which were very nice (so nice that hubby ordered a second).

The service was great, attentive but not overbearing, and the atmosphere was friendly and relaxed. The meals arrived within a reasonable amount of time and to top it all off the bill was reasonable. So in summary, it was a good meal but the pizza was average (not bad... just average). Having said that, we would be happy to go again.

I been here a few times over the years but don't remember it ever being as noisy as it was tonight. It is popular so I suppose lots of happy customers having a good time make quite a lot of noise. Service was exceptional. Waitresses at your beck and call all the time. Very enjoyable food with lots to choose from. One tip though. We ordered an entree size bolognese and a regular size and other than the plate being a different size the amount of food looked identical so save yourself some money and get the entree when ordering the pasta. We had a great night and will certainly go again.

This place is a bit hit and miss. Sometimes the food is great and sometimes just average. Staff are always friendly. New bar looks great but I think BYO wine should still be allowed.

Great little place for a good pizza. I've been here or ordered take away pizza several times and everytime the pizza has been great. The staff are friendly and very kind and the owner has even been kind enough to ask if we were happy with our meals and asked our opinions with how the food could improve. The oreo cheesecake here is also fantastic and worth a try. I'll return for sure!

I have just visited Gotti's with my wife and as usual had a meal to die for!. We dine out on a regular basis and this has included restaurants in Parramatta, Leichhardt and the City and we have always visited Gotti's regularly. For taste, quality, service one could not ask for more. The staff were courteous and friendly and the meals including, entree, main and dessert, were substantial and well presented. So much so that I would thoroughly recommend this restaurant, you will not be disappointed.

Where do I begin? Well let's start with the positive shall we. The food is pretty damn good and the waitress's are very pleasant. Now the negative. I've been there a few times and the last time I went was definitely the last time all because of the male owner who sloths around that place like he's some kind of power figure, what an absolute wanker, he does nothing but argue, give dirty looks, say smart comments. All of which are directed at customers, and stare's at the female customers. To the staff and chef, bravo, keep up the good work. To captain miserable, stick to working out the back where you won't bother anyone.

Agree with other comments on staff being rude, felt like a nuisance to staff not a customer. Perhaps, staff are in the wrong profession. They ruined a special family occasion and I will never return.
