Wow! Isn't Gloria Jeans overpriced! Firstly I want to say how impressed I was with the people serving the few times I've gone. But wow! Where was ohs and food standards when the staff was eating potato chips with gravy with her fingers while making shots for my coffee. Then another time I got a hot chocolate for my sister and they put water in it! Water in a hot chocolate that costs that much?

It's so obvious when you haven't been in one of these chain coffee/food establishments for so long how sterile and plain they actually are. I ordered a small cookies and cream ice drink and it was a majority ice with I guess one biscuit with some milk mixed through.

At almost $5 it really is poor value and the staff looked like they didn't want to be there at all. There is so many excellent cafe's in Sydney now, why would you bother. We walked out of there trying to justify why we went there in the first place, we were not successful! Give it a wide berth if you value your taste buds and hard earn money.

Very friendly staff, accommodating to my son's "special" order. Fast service with a smile. Very fresh ginger cookies, cupcake was a tad stale. Tables very clean.
