Wonderful gelato. Perfect for an afternoon snack or after dinner dessert. The owners are incredibly friendly and nice an after a few visits will recognise you, which is always nice. Definitely recommended.

This comfy little cafe specialises in gelato, but also provides simple lunches, nibbles and coffee. In my opinion, the best gelato in the area, if it weren't so cold I'd bring home a tub! The owners are very welcoming and accommodating people, makes the atmosphere light up with their cheeriness. Its blissful to sit back, relax and enjoy from a wide variety of gelato on display with a magazine or chatting with friends. Gelatiamo is here to stay!

Great Gelato, cafe style with some food more snacks than anything else but tasty. Owners are really friendly a great local asset. If eating in Lindfield then skip dessert and come here for gelato and coffee, better than most restaurant desserts and well priced.

Gelatiamo is a hidden gem. It's a local secret I didn't find out about until I went to visit friends on the other side of Sydney. The cafe menu is simple - T2 tea, Illy coffee, sandwiches (we tried the Tasmanian Smoked Salmon and the Beef Curry Jaffle, they ran out of chicken), soup and a variety of typical patisserie fare (cakes and biscuits), but the real drawcard here is the gelato!

The 18 seasonal flavours lure the customers in as they walk past between Coles and Lindfield Station. From where we were sitting inside, the passing traffic were noticing this gem too! The proudly displayed excerpts from the SMH Foodies Guide recommend the Lindt chocolate, coconut and lychee flavours of gelato but, unfortunately, for us, they'd run out of the Lindt chocolate and the other 2 flavours were unavailable.

This didn't stop us from devouring 9 scoops of the gourmet gelato between the 3 of us! We had black sesame, lemon + lime, mango, nectarine, passionfruit, pistachio (the best I've had) and raspberry. The gelato is all made on site and there's take home packs available too, but I live too far and I don't think the gelato would survive the trip home, will have to bring an esky next time!
