Absolute rip off. Rude and not able to honour the spreets agreement. Will not recommend.

Have now gone into liquidation. I have a voucher for my wife and will probably not get anything back. It sounds like it was the best result rather than actually putting my wife through their "service".

Message to the ex-owners - You are incapable of running a business professionally or ethically. Please don't try again.

No service at all, rude over the phone and try to tell you the voucher you purchased doesn't include all the things it is supposed to! I will never use them again and will tell anyone not to bother!

I have to agree with cilstar, Fusion Hair at North Sydney is the worst experience you could ever have!

I actually managed to make an appointment about 6 weeks in advance only to be called a couple of days beforehand to be told that the hairdressers are sick and they can't do it. After trying to call them for days I ended up visiting the salon to make another appointment, which I could only get mid week about three weeks away.

When I turned up and told them what services I wanted they said that I would need to pay extra because that was just what Spreets advertised, not what was on my voucher. I kept waiting for 50 minutes before anyone started to do my hair and got the third degree about where my voucher was, which I had already given to the woman at the desk.

The hairdresser did not end up doing what I wanted (colour and foils), insisting that this was not included and I would need to pay extra, and he was as rough as hell.

He left me sitting with colour in my hair for over 45 minutes while he was on the phone. The "treatment" was conditioner left on for 5 minutes. When he "cut/styled" he barely took anything off and when blow drying kept running the brush along my face.

Then I went to see about my beauty treatments and was told no way, your hair took too long we can't do you today, but we can make another appointment. Again there was no time available for weeks in advance, and with no apparent guarantee that they will keep it.

They are clearly unable to honour all the vouchers they sold and are not going to provide the services advertised. Unfortunately, I bought two vouchers, but I will be going to Spreets and if necessary the ACCC to get my money back. Apart from rude attitude and appalling service they are also guilty of false advertising.

The worst salon I have ever experienced! They advertised a promotion deal through Spreets which they obviously did not have the capacity to handle. It took me 30 phone calls over 4 weeks to actually make an appointment, then when I made an appointment for two months in advance they called me the day before to say that my friend and I could not get the beauty part of the deal done and we would have to reschedule but they can do the hair part.

The next day (day of appointment) they called me at 12pm, an hour before my appointment to say they can't do our hair anymore because the hairdresser is sick but they can do our beauty. I was so mad as I was going out that night and really needed to get my hair done. Then they tried to reschedule my appointment for another two months down the track. The lady was telling me her life story about how the business is not going so well because the owner is overseas and bla, bla, bla.

Anyway I managed to get another appointment for the following Monday after telling her how unreasonable and unprofessional she was being. When we went in she was told us to sit down and then proceeded to talked to a hairdresser about us and then the hairdresser said "is that them"! It got much worse from here. The lady wanted me to pay because she couldn't process the voucher even though I had already paid and then another lady came and screamed in my face while I was getting my hair washed!

My hairdresser was an absolute prick and assured me that I did not need toner even though I have naturally brown hair that is dyed blonde and always need a toner when I get my roots redone. The end result after coming back to the mirror after getting it washed was bright orange hair! I said to him in the nicest possible way I was not happy and that it was orange and he did I was overreacting and its not even dry yet! Another hairdresser dryed some of my hair and it was still orange! Then he just laughed and walked out of the salon and didn't come back.

Luckily this other hairdresser toned it down and tried to fix it but it was still orange after heaps of toner and it was so damaged. We also had a pedicure that was included in the deal and all it was, was us sitting in our hairdressing chairs, her sitting on a stool in front and all she did was file a few of my nails and whack some polish on. No wash, or massage or clean! Then after our hair was ruined and had a bad pedicure we were waiting around for our facial which was also part of the deal.

By this stage I was so upset and shocked with the way we were being treated, I felt like a second class citizen! Then the lady came over and asked what we were waiting for and we said our facials and she said "oh no I can't do those no, its way to late and I was meant to close an hour ago. Your hair took too long". Thanks for letting us know! I said so when can we get it done she said I will have a look and started stressing when she was looking at the computer and offered as a spot 3 months away!

I said that is not good enough seeing as I bought this three months ago and you have stuffed me around more than 3 times and completely fucked my hair up. she said my hair looked amazing. I was blonde when I went in and I walked out a bright orange! Then it came to boiling point and she couldn't find a time for us in the near future and asked me to pay for the extra stuff they had to do to my hair because someone else fucked it up. My friend lost it at this point and told her where to go. She was screaming at us. Then I threw 40 bucks in her face and said you are done!

Anyway as you can see the worst salon ever. Do not ever go there. You will be ripped off and I would not be surprised to learn that most of the hairdressers are not even qualified. Just don't do it. I am also making a complaint to the ACCC and my friend works for Spreets so I am going to make sure they can never advertise on there again! Marcus is the worst hairdresser! And the woman who was hired purely to ease unhappy customers thinks she is god's gift to life and is the rudest, who ever walked this planet!
