It depends on what you're looking for - if you want something a bit more refined, this is not the place for you. It's loud, the decor is rather cheap, and the floor is a mess by night's end. The chefs put on a fun show for kids, but if you are looking for an adult's night out, this is not the place for you.

Went today (Wednesday) around lunchtime and I was quite disgusted. Waitress was very rude and full of attitude, told us that we couldn't have the BBQ as it wasn't worth the chef coming out for only 2 dishes (we had 2 adults and 6 children with us yet a Dad and his two kids were enjoying the BBQ next to us) even though we ended up ordering $180 worth of food.

We were charged $30 for three small bowls of fried rice, even though we only asked for 1. Meals came out at all different times, the last person was kept waiting for half an hour - no excuse, we were the only people in there. Don't bother unless it is a large group and you all order from the Teppanyaki menu and don't ask the waitress any hard questions, you'll be likely to get a very rude response and be told that if you confuse her, she'll get yelled at by the kitchen staff.

A great show! Lots of laughs at all four tep bars. The food was good. We all left Full! A great way to finish a birthday, they even sang the song and brought out a special dessert with a candle in it. We will return.

I went with my 10 year-old son and a friend and her 7 year-old daughter. We had the best time. The chef was very friendly and funny. Yes we dropped the eggs and just managed to catch the fried rice! My son who has travelled the world said it was one of the best restaurants he has ever been too.

Great place to have a good feed and a laugh with friends, fabulous entertainment good array of both international and local beers, and a handy source of sawdust for those who can't catch the raw egg lol!

I came with a group of friends for a birthday party and it was so fun. The Chef was very funny and the food was delicious! I loved the food it was so fresh! You should definitely come in groups because it just makes it more fun. I would definitely reecommend this restaurant.

I loved the teppanyaki show. The chefs have a lot of skill, just make sure you go with a group of people. The service needs a little refinement. Overall the food is good.

I have eaten here a number of time with my young family. It is a great place to eat with kids since it has a relaxing casual atmosphere. I love the sushi here and have returned for it many times. The staff have always been very helpful and generous to all of us. I wouldn't go here for a romantic dinner (not quite that sort of place) but it is overall excellent good value food.

We took an aunt who was from overseas and had never eaten Japanese before. What a blast! The chef was highly entertaining, the food was fresh and way too much, I've never walked out of a teppanyaki place having to leave food behind. Would definitely recommend them to anyone and can't wait to go back!
