Excellent in all respects, food, service and ambience. There are no really inspiring dishes but in saying that everything that comes from the kitchen is wholesome and delicious.

Awesome cafe experience, it has the vibe of a social village hangout. The Coffee is Superb, Mokodor Italian's do it best here with a great barista what more could a girl want. The food is also cheap and wholesome, $10 Steak and salad and chips, can't beat that, go strong FWC.... Local Groupie.

Went for lunch. Lamb salad was wonderful. Tried some of my partner's fries too which were really good fries. Service friendly but occasionally difficult to get their attention. Went on a quiet weekday.

Great Value for money - can't go by the $10 Rump Steak with Chips and Salad and they even cooked it the way I liked it! The Juices are the die for and the Coffee - Well! Awesome! This cafe has a real buzz about it.

Nothing special about the food here. The portions are large but the food is mediocre. The pancakes are far too thick and stodgy. The coffee is good but they need to clean the dirty toilets occasionally.

I have been to this restaurant a couple of times recently. The first for dinner and the food was good and the service was ok. I then returned for some breakfast with friends and thought it was great value for money and the service was good for a sunday morning. But I was really put off with the service when I returned for dinner a third time, the waitress spent the whole time laughing loudly and partying out the back, we had to ask for glasses.

At the end we had to go and ask for the bill after waiting for ages. I just think that when you are paying $25 for a main the service should be a lot better than what it was. The worst part of our experience was when I went to the counter to pay, right in from of me the waitress striked up a conversation with one of the kitchen staffs bitching about another staff member, to me that is an absolute no-no, the worst thing you can do in customer service. I will not be returning for dinner, so disappointed.

Ordered a lamb wrap for lunch and it came out mostly wrap, with a few lettuce leaves and hardly any lamb. Very disappointing after reading the positive reviews.

I was visiting a friend in Freshwater and popped into this place for a late lazy breakfast. The Eggs Florentine was the best in Sydney! In any new place for breakfast (if they have it), I always order the Eggs Benedict or Florentine as I can't be bothered to make it myself, I consider it a treat. So I think I'm a bit of an expert on the dish!

Poached the correct way, without an egg ring etc, perfectly runny, the sauce so creamy without lumps, and perfect consistency etc. How its supposed to be but so many places stuff it up! Coffee was great too, service was friendly, if it was a warmer day, I would have loved to sit outside, I liked the setting but sat inside for warmth. I wish this place was my local but I live too far for that. I’d definitely come again.

The venue was lovely with a great buzzy ambience, the staff were lovely and friendly but the food was shocking! The lamb was tough, the crab was far too salty and all of the food needed extra seasoning. I think we may have caught them on an 'off' day given the other reviews. I wish it had been better because if it had we would have been regulars having just moved to the area.

I have lived in Freshwater for over a decade and this is best restaurant to have graced the suburb. We no longer venture to Manly, it has become our local. Menu excellent, food fantastic, service caring, staff have a real concern for the customers. I highly recommend it.
