The pizza was too dry, it was like eating bread, service was non existing, we asked 4 a margherita and we got a ham and pineapple, as they say you get what you pay for, cheap but tasteless pizzas, will never go back.
Great pizza's and even better Gelato! The only thing that marred our otherwise good experience was one of the waitress's was extremely abrupt and rude to our whole table. Will be back despite her bad attitude.
The pizza's are o.k. The first time I ate there, the pizza was good but the second time I ordered take away and the pizza's were overcooked. I would go there again though.
We have been going to Frank's for years, attracted by the authentic Italian pizza at incredible prices, and friendly, family service (Frank and son make the pizzas, wife serves customers and daughter is a waitress). It was good enough to make us turn a blind eye to the shocking decor (going to the toilet upstairs was like entering a haunted house). But on Saturday night we returned to find Frank's had moved to a new venue, a couple of blocks further from the city, still on Parra Road, and it's now in a super-trendy, yet cosy rustic/industrial space.
The prices and service haven't changed, so now it offers the best of both worlds! Will be going even more frequently now!
One of the best pizza places in town, by far! New location on Parramatta Road is fantastic! Its consider to be the place to eat in camperdown, make sure you show up early or else you'll be waiting for a seat. The pizzas are all home made and they taste very authentic. I used to go to Bogarts in glebe but for $14 for similar size pizza, you would be crazy to go elsewhere.
Great pizza place! If you're looking for a traditional Aussie Italian pizza shop and not a new gourmet pizza place you won't be let down. Quick friendly service, good prices and great pizza. Choose from the menu or make your own, no extra for additional toppings which I like, enjoy!
