Brand new club servicing the area around Stockland's new mall at Balgowlah. Great decor and friendly modern environment with balconies and a good vibe. Forty Baskets has a great menu, mixing fusion dishes with some great variations on traditional Australian favourites.

We went on a Monday night. Service too slow and food not good enough for the price. I ordered the battered fish and the batter was very much overcooked and disappointing. Will not return there for dinner.

2nd visit to this Club, handy location for lunch before shopping in the nearby Stockland Shopping centre. Lemon sole was cooked to perfection and the Tempura prawns and vegs were also enjoyable. Good value for Lunch, but probably would not dine in the evening as prices rise quite steeply.

I had dinner there about 6months ago, food and service was great so tasty but when I came back there last week the food was so awful with no taste. My 10yr could cook better. What has happened to the Restaurant? Both food and service was very poor. We will never go back there. Where did the manager find these chefs. If they keep this up there wont be a Restaurant there soon!

When we first dined here the food was nice, but too expensive for a "club"- so last week I was please to see that the menu and prices have changed, I had a prawn noodle special that was very nice and about $14.50, and everyone enjoyed the food. It is a shame you have to order at the bar, and that it is still too bright etc- but worth a visit.

Interesting new restaurant with great pricing! Food was ok but considering the price the value was fantastic. Interesting design not quite my style but would come here again if only for the value.

Had dinner tonight with my family for my birthday. Great food, good atmosphere and good service. We'll eat here again. Monday night is currently $10 steaks with salad, gravy and chips. Also had the Barramundi and chicken schnitzel. All yummy food. Waiter brought us plates and forks to serve our cake as well as a lighter for our candles! New decor since it's a new building as part of the Stocklands Totem development.
