I've come here a few times last year and had a great time. Everything was great.

Then we went back before easter and what a disappointment. We waited for ages for oily and warm food to come out in dribs and drabs. At the prices they're charging they should do better than this.

Service was still good and the drinks were great but did the owners change or different cooks?

Not sure I'll be back after this.

I was really excited to come back here as my last experience was incredible. I don’t know if they have changed owners in the last 1 ½ years, but this time was just so disappointing.

The atmosphere and music are great, love the decor. The cocktails are great, but the food was the biggest disappointment of the night! The food took ages to come out (think this was a ploy to get us to order more cocktails!), it was really greasy and just covered in oil. I actually felt sick afterwards it was so bad. I think this place is good for a few cocktails on a first date and maybe one dish. Don’t expect wonders for a full on dinner out. I don’t think we’ll be back in a hurry.

Great food with an interesting range of tapas. The list has good variety without including every dish ever thought of. The drinks are also delciious, but cocktails are reasonably expensive, so it can add up. The night we went we had really mixed service. The guys serving our drinks were attentive and good fun, however, the girl who served our food was rude and impatient.

Particularly frustrating when the bill included a service charge so you're not given an option about whether or not to tip. Otherwise, a lovely night and a trendy atmosphere that I would recommend.

We met here with a group of friends for dinner and it was amazing. The venue was great, the service friendly and informed. And the food was also amazing. Not to mention the sangria's which I have to say was the best sangria mix I've had in years! We'll definitely be coming back again.

I've been here on a couple of occasions over the last year or so, always at the invitation of friends and I've always come away with mixed feelings. Great feel but too expensive for what you're getting.

With that said, I went again last week (Busy saturday night) and thought that both the food (Better quality) and the service (more of it) seemed to have taken a noticeable step in the right direction since my last visit in April(ish).

Went here on Friday night for a date night, the food was lovely, as was the service. It was a bit pricey for the serving size, and is a very loud venue, I had trouble hearing my partner as a table beside us literally kept screaming out which bothered everyone in the restaurant yet the staff didn't ask them to quieten down. I would go back.

Good food, beautiful setting. Went in for a very quick bite before movies... All promising until... the waiter asked "do you want any change" when given $100 for a $60 bill. Not sure who all the wealthy clients are, but I am pretty certain giving a 66% tip is the norm, even at Bondi Beach.

If I wanted to tip, I would have, I still would like you to do your job and give the correct change. Have been to some super fancy restaurants, no one has ever asked me if I needed change. Absolutely appalling. For future goers: bring the right amount of money if you dare to go.

I live locally, this place is always packed. I went with my wife and 2 friends last night. Ambience was good, its a nice place for a drink but when food starting coming out things went down hill. Tapas is for sharing and I know Sydney has decided its the Tapas decade but sharing means enough on each dish to Share. When the chorizo and mint peas came out with 4 slices of chorizo on this was comic.

The dish costs $12, the mark up must be healthy for Flying Squirrels. Get yourself to Spain and check some local tapas, its big, you feel stuffed after 3 dishes and you're never disappointed. Flying Squirrels is good for a drink and what I would call bar snacks and nothing else. Don't go to eat there as you will be running down the hill for a Big Mac when you finish your wine.

It's always good eating here and it's even better having a few drinks. The service is great the food is delicious and they always make you feel like you're part of the family. If they did breakfast I would be there all day.
