Open plan, very spaciously laid out restaurant with outdoor seating. Great bar in the centre and viewable kitchen. Brazilian dancers on certain nights. Breakfast on weekends.

We with my partner came to have lunch in restaurant. Special menu show $19 per person (eat how many you want). We was serviced a few times with food but not all meat we can eat, and we leave still hungry.
I pride myself on the knowledge I have about the hospitality industry from the many years of service I have given. In this case I couldn't agree more with the review issued by gutsmagoo.
I attended this place on three occasions and ended up with the worst feeling I have ever. It all starts with the poor quality of meat which does the Brazilian culture no favours at all. The meat came out drier than ever even though the fat content was tremendously very high, the meat looked as if it were the offcuts of the churrasco banquet functions which were happening around the room. This restaurant is definitely on my never to return list.
We ate there Saturday night, what a fantastic restaurant, the food incredible. The restaurant itself is a lovely building, with a real polished/rustic feel about it. Plus the pianist adds to the fantastic ambience. I will certainly be going back for more. Would happily go there again .
Fantastic little place with great food and friendly service. I took my partner there for a Friday night dinner and (as advised by below comments) ordered the "all you can eat". For $35 per person it was great value, really tasty and plenty of food to leave you feeling full and satisfied. After 11 different kinds of meats, side dishes and a pineapple dessert to die for, give this place a try. Very pleased with the service also - if I'm paying anything over fish n chips prices service is high on my priority list for whether I like a restaurant or not, and because of the service here I’m giving this place the big thumbs up!!
Came here for the first time on Saturday as a party of 4 and had a very enjoyable time/meal. I was very impressed with the friendly and professional service.
The food was fantastic, we all got the all inclusive offer, which starts with side plates of rice, beans, bread, salad etc then the waiters came round with skewers of piping hot, tender and delicious variety of meats. You won't leave hungry! At the end of the meal skewers of cooked pineapples came round which was delicious..
As it was a Saturday night they had the carnival dancers on for about 20 minutes to entertain us, which was great. I will definitely be going back and telling everyone about this wonderful restaurant.
Had a very enjoyable meal here last Sunday evening. We both chose the $26.00 all inclusive offer and were very happy. The sides were tasty (especially the rice dish) and all the meats came to the table piping hot and were really delicious. All the meats were very flavoursome and tender. Wine prices and quality also excellent. Service prompt and with a smile. Will look forward to going back.
There was quite a bit of contention, consternation and constipation in the Gutsmagoo household over Flavour of Brazil. Mrs Gutsmagoo thought 'Flavour' should receive a score of '4' for their food. Mr Guts (the magnanimous one) believes real men eat red meat so gave the food '6'. Regardless, the food wasn't that crash hot and if you want a plate of meat bigger than the size of your head you'd be better off going down the road.
Clearly management's cunning strategy (to take one's focus off the food) is one of distraction. The method? Loud Noises! Brazilians are an animated bunch and this extroversion combined with tiled floors and the occasional appearance of Carnivale dancers (fortunately one of them was a saucy minx) made a hell of a racket. As I like to be the loudest and most obnoxious person in any restaurant I visit Flavour of Brazil won’t have to worry about Gutsmagoo custom in the future.
The most amazing meal you could have for the price... the food just kept coming and coming.. it was amazing... I will (and have) been back over and over again.
Went here on a busy Saturday night, nearly every table in the restaurant occupied, it was a great loud, vibrant atmosphere, just like I would imagine a Brazillian party to be!
Service was very attentive, especially considering the amount of patrons, every 2 - 3 mintues someone else was walking past asking if you wanted more chicken, lamb, pork, beef, sausage or pineapple (which was delicious).
The garlic prawns were reported as divine and very fresh, there was also a vegetarian pizza ordered, which was pretty standard but that's understandable given the delectable meats that were all over the table.
There was also a small Brazillian dance performance, two women dress in some Brazillian costumes came out twice for about 5 mintues each time and put on an entertaining display.
Definitely will go again, great food, great place, great atmosphere.
