Had the chicken enchiladas - avoid. They were so flavorless as to be offensive. I know that lots of places go easy on the chili, but the enchilada was plain chicken in tomato sauce, no hint of any other spices. Beans and rice on the side similarly bland. Partner ordered the chorizo and bean nachos - much better tasting, but not excellent value for money. Chili popcorn (popcorn, butter, chicken salt and dried chili) the highlight of the meal. Won't be back.

Often I'm really let down by mexican food; too many corn chips, scarce on spices, beans and cheese. But I was licking my fingers and tempted to lick the plate to savour in its deliciousness. I can't seem to emphasis how impressed I am with the balance of spice and flavours in the Chilli con queso, the fajitas, and the bean dishes (to name a few). Certainly the best Mexican I have ever had, and for someone with an appetite like mine, you leave feeling very satisfied.

An interesting restaurant in terms of ambience and interior let down by small portion sizes and poor value for money along with perfunctory service which left our family disappointed. As my daughter said "a good restaurant if you have a big wallet and a small appetite"

Lured in by a blackboard promising 'The Biggest Nachos in the Universe', I gathered my posse (three of my friends) and headed down Mexico way to Fiesta on Oxford.

Having booked ahead our booth was waiting when we arrived and the restaurant was already full. After ordering a carafe of berry margarita we briefly scanned the menu but with our hearts set on nachos, that's what we had!

Large enough for four adults, our nachos arrived with it's three layers of delicious flavour, slow cooked beef, slow cooked chicken and beans. Each layer was great and there was enough sour cream and guacamole for all four diners. We ordered our jalepenos on the side as only two of us really liked them, but they were very fresh.

After consuming our mound of nachos, we ordered another half carafe of margarita. This time in mandarin flavour. I have to confess, the margaritas were the disappointment of the meal for me as they had a very artificial flavour, like cordial, which I didn't think was very authentic. The sugary sweetness left my mouth tacky.

After some deliberation we also bought two desserts, the churros with chocolate and the cinnamon ice cream with chocolate chips. I loved the ice cream and highly recommend it if you like cinnamon. The staff were really friendly and accommodating and didn't rush us out the door even though on a Saturday night the restaurant closes quite early.

For a fun casual meal, I would recommend Fiesta on Oxford. It cost four adults approximately $30 each and most of the bill consisted of drinks. However, I would recommend you book as it was very busy.

I went here last week for my first time, before going to the cinema. It was a pleasant meal. The food was average, I felt that it didn't have a lot of flavour. The atmosphere and service were the highlights. However,I felt that the value for money was poor. It was overpriced for the portion size that we got. If you want something quick and average tasting with a nice buzz, its a good place to go.

I was very disappointed by the qualify of the food and margaritas. I got the carnitas special. They were luke warm, dry and tasted like they were reheated. The margaritas were far too weak and very sweet.

I went with 3 others and no one enjoyed their meal. The only nice part was the friendly waitress. I will not go back and do not recommend Fiesta.

This seems to be like most other Mexican places; tacky decorations, young staff, reasonable prices, pretty loud and not a bad meal. Booked a table for 3 and had a nice enough experience.

Started with a couple of the dips and a taco, all pretty nice, enough flavour and generous serving sizes. Beers came out quick and cold, spot on. For mains we all had something different, a chimichanga, fajitas (agree with others, quite light on) and burrito. All were presented well enough, lots of cheese and would do you for a nice meal.

Service was prompt and efficient, not too caring but at these prices, you can't really say they are doing anything wrong. Big groups seem to dominate so it can get loud, not a place for a romantic meal. You get what you get at these places though, a pretty nice night!

I eat here quite a lot. Love the food. Love the casual sort of vibe you get there. However, on the past few occasions we have noticed that the staff are quite pushy to get you out the door the second you finish your meal. It was quite early still and the restaurant wasn't busy yet but they rudely hang around the table waiting to clear it as soon as you finish so you feel pressured into leaving. A bit annoying, especially since we are semi-regular diners.

It seems as though they have updated their menu and it is great! a lot of cheaper meals and and fun and new ideas! Love this restaurant, always get great tasting mexican food which is so fresh despite mexicans sluggish reputation. Recommend to everyone.

By far the best mexican I have had in Sydney! I highly recommend anything with the shredded beef. Very friendly service and very good value for money.
