The restaurant is beautifully designed and has great atmosphere and friendly wait staff. The food, however, is VERY average and completely overpriced. I had the lobster ravioli and salt and pepper calamari. Both average and I have had better elsewhere. I would not return here for the food.

Pizza's and coffee are excellent, with a couple of star mains.
With great decor and a classy feel, this place could be an absolute jem if the level of service was brought up to something that even vaguely resembled customer service.

Food wasn't spectacular, but wasn't disappointing, a bit bland. I got the stuffed zucchini flowers and was expecting zucchini with the flower stuffed at the end, but only got the flower which was stuffed and deep fried, so really only tasted the ricotta and batter, not the zucchini. Reasonable portions, not enough sauce. Don't go on a Tuesday night (the parking is a nightmare due to cheap night tuesday at the movies!).

We had the misfortune to go to the euro lounge in Castle Hill last Saturday evening. The service was slow and very poor, a smile would not have gone astray. When there was nothing on the menu for mother we asked was there anything they could suggest. What a stupid question. So we opted for the chicken schnitzel on the childrens menu. A very large plate arrived half covered in chips and half in salad with a burnt piece of schnitzel on top, this for my 82 yo mother!
It was just awful and when we indicated this all we got was a shrug of the shoulders and a comment that normally they do not allow adults to have a meal from the childrens menu, so weren't we lucky. My mother took the burnt coating off the chicken and had eaten most of this and did not touch the chips and salad, no comment from the waitress and of course she did not ask whether we had enjoyed the meal.
My mother was taking my sister out for her birthday and this really spoilt the day. The meal was over priced, trying to be somehting it is not. I cannot recommend this restaurant and will never return.

We dined here for my mothers birthday, and it was fantastic! The waitstaff were very friendly, attentive, professional and helpful, especially in relation to my mothers special dietry requirements. We all thought the food was to die for. The pizza bread with 3 dips is a must to start, and I would highly recommend the Lobster/prawn ravioli. This is a wonderful place to dine, and I will recommend it to all my friends. I will be back there soon to try the high tea.

The food is always nice. Staff are good at times not so good at other times. Can be dear without realising. Have always expected a higher standard than recieved. Pretentious considering it is in a shopping centre. Will be coming back expect more on next arrival. not willing to give up on it yet (come on Rurolouge).

Eurolounge is probably my favourite restaurant in Sydney - great ambience. I must say I eat here very regularly. The dishes served are extremely well executed. There's always a great day specials on offer and the entree of chilli Salt squid is the best you will not find anywhere else, as are other entrees such as the Four Cheese Soufflé or the Roast Quail.
Mains are also so delicious including duck breast with sautéed green beans, potato pearls and hazelnuts and a honey and sherry sauce - my absolutely favourite! The wine list is also exceptional and there is a great range of choices by the glass.
PS. The lunch specials are also sensational with a value of 2 courses and a drink for only $22.50. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable about both the food and the matching wines. I'd definitely go again.

We picked Eurolounge from our eating bible, The Good Food Guide and we weren't disappointed. The corn fed chicken with the home made black truffle pasta is seriously to die for and my husband had the lamb which he said just melted in his mouth. A good selection of wines and great service, well done Eurolounge, we'll be back.

Loved it. We've never been to a place where the staff look happy to actually be there. This is one of those great restaurants where money is of no object, coz quality really is being offered. The meals were just amazing. So professional yet so friendly. Made us all feel very special. Couldn't recommend it highly enough. We loved it and going back for more.
