I'm a regular at Eurobay and first to admit that the service can be a bit subpar, but you notice this is not so much the case if they are not flat out busy.

Food is always amazing and the serving size more than adequate. On the one occasion I returned something because I found the lamb overcooked they were really nice about and quick to bring around a replacement. Coffee is decent and there's a satisfactory selection of wine and other drinks. If you're one for atmosphere, it's always full of a mix of different people and on summer days you definitely feel like you could be in Europe!

Food was relatively good, but the worst service I have ever experienced. Ignored by waitresses, brushed off when requested to check the orders, a ridiculous wait time of 30 minutes for food, an indifferent floor manager. We will never return to this hole in the wall.

I am a regular at Eurobay. The service amazes me! We have always came back as we receive exceptional service & the food is outstanding. To be honest with you due to an allergy I had requested no tomato and the dish came out with tomato as I told them, they were very apologetic, the chef also came out to apologise & the entire night was on the house as well as receiving a credit for the next visit. We will always go back & yes it does get busy and sometimes you need to wait but thats only because there is always alot of people there wanting the same experience as you. They know the food is great & the service is good!

I've only ever been here for breakfast, but it's always amazing! My partner and I went on the weekend after a few months of not going, and the service was the best its ever been. The restaurant was extremely busy but we were seated and served immediately, the waiter brought water before we asked and everyone was very friendly.

Our meals came within 10 minutes of ordering, and everything was hot and delicious. We always have the 'Big Day Breakfast' which has chorizo and haloumi as well as all the usuals. It's a huge breakfast for $16 and I've never been able to finish it.

The freshly squeezed orange juice is always delicious and my partners' lemon lime and bitters was made at the bar, not out of a bottle.

I recommend Eurobay at least for breakfast to all my friends, and it was clear this weekend that they've stepped the service up a notch. We'll definitely be back!

Went with my brother midday Saturday and definitely will not be going back. You might ask why I gave 10 for drinks is because the water they provided was the only thing they got right. Chicken schnitzel at $28 which had to be the worse I've ever had. Burnt and soggy, you can tell it was frozen before it was cooked. My brother had asked for the steak well done, funny enough it was rare and cold. As for the service waited an hr for the meal, when asked how long our food would be waited 20 minutes for a response. A rip off and disaster.

It annoys me how eating out has now become about being treated like royalty and less about amazing food. Disappointed!

Staff are not that excellent, and I have had some run ins with them too but who cares? the Euroburger, Eurochips, Lamb shanks, Hellenic chicken salad, creme brulee, Eurofrappes have me addicted so much that I encourage anyone who isn't a princess at the dinner table and enjoys amazing food, to treat themselves!

Everything is terrible! Got seated quickly with a menu waited half hr to order. Then a couple sat next to u's and ordered. I waited a whole hr to get food which was burnt and the waiter did nor even apologise not to mention the couple next to me received their food and were shocked we hadn't! To make things worse we went to pay and the manager asked @how was your meal?" did not bother to apologise or give discount. Will not be going there

Came here tonight (Sat 29/1/11) with two friends. The service was terrible, as others have commented, but the food was pretty good. One waitress was looking in my direction and didn't even see me waving my hand around to try get her attention, as no one had taken our orders after 15 minutes. The bartender had to tell another waitress to serve us.

Our waitress also appeared to be rushing us out of the restaurant as she collected two of our three plates and brought over the dessert menus, even though one of us was still finishing her main (which I pointed out to her). When my friend had actually finished her meal, we were chatting and the waitress came barging in between us to take her plate without an 'excuse me'.

All the dishes we ordered were pretty good. The restaurant was flexible with adding haloumi to my salad, which was nice. The desserts we tried (Chocolate Indulgence and Bougatsa) were delicious.

Overall, not too bad an experience, but the restaurant would do much better to have better-trained, intuitive staff on busy nights. I will probably go somewhere else next door, which is better value for money, provides better service and equally good food.

A great cafe that caters for all types of meals. Everything is always tasty and great value! Been here many times and will return many more.
