This place is lovely. I understand it has new owners and they are really friendly. It doesn't have the french pizazz but is a great place for solid coffee in Kirribilli and having tried all the coffee in the area the only places I go to are Epi D'or and Garfish. (and I prefer this place).

The best coffee in Kirribilli but the service is above and beyond arrogant. This is such a shame. I have tried it twice in the hope that it was just an 'off day' but, unfortunately, no excuse can be made, still great take away and this means you only need to stand the staff for a short space of time!

The coffee here is as good as any you will get in Sydney, for my taste anyway. Everything that comes out of the tiny kitchen looks and tastes great. The takeaway foodstuffs, breads, croissants etc, are of the highest quality. Dominique, the owner searches high and wide to get the best of everything, the best sourdough, the best rye, the best croissant, the best muesli, the best eggs etc across numerous suppliers.

I've been going there for over a year at least 5 - 7 days a week. The owner, Dominique is a perfectionist. He has a huge amount of pride in his work and his kitchen. The clientele is primarily made up of regulars who know good coffee and come back for more.

One of the best bakeries in Sydney without a doubt but be warned there are days when the service is pretty stuck up. I have had great days and grey days here and since my last visit have been disappointed with the arrogant service. Its a shame but I'm not going back rather soon and Milsons point is just around the corner anyway. Very good coffee by all means.

Be there early if you want to have a good selection to choose from. Great coffee, great croissant (wonder where they sourced it from?) and great ambience if you could manage to have a seat inside.

Best coffee, worst service. My partner and I wish we could put up with rude service because their coffee was fantastic.

This place is fantastic. Coffee is superb if not the best on the north shore and the breads are fantastic.

Save yourself the runaround - great selection of Sydney's best breads right here! Discretely tucked into the lane off busy Broughton, this place epitomizes the small, friendly neighbourhood caff.
