Not a fan of this place at all. Cheap, stingy meals at grossly inflated prices.

Sloppy service: Our waitress looked annoyed at any kind of additional request from our group (salad instead of chips, no dressing on salad) and then got a tonne of stuff wrong anyway.

Stingy with food: Beetroot and Goat's Curd salad was $17.50 for a bowl of salad greens, a few pieces of tinned beetroot and a total of two pieces (about 1cm cubed) of goats cheese. Two. In the whole bowl. As one of only 2 vegetarian options, I will not be voting for this place next time we are looking for an office lunch venue. I'm still hungry.

I would be slow to recommend Eden Bar to anyone that is looking for a good service the food is good apart from the fact it say Gluten Free when in fact maybe 3 dishes are actually gluten free. The staff are not at the top of their game and in some cases very rude!

We went there last week for lunch and we asked for the "beer of the day" @ $5 a pop. The waitress stated that the beer of the day was available and we asked for 4 beers. A head waiter came and told us that they had no cheap beer left ("it ran out on thursday"). Consequently we ordered the more expensive beer. We were dumbfounded when someone who made a regular booking got a $5 beer of the day in a brown paper bag while we paid $8-50 each. Very poor. Food was ok though. Won't ever go back!

I have lunch at Eden Bar occasionally. The $11 lunch specials are great value. I love the salt and pepper squid and the steak is always tender and cooked to order. The service is friendly and quick. It is best to make a reservation on a Thursday or Friday as this place fills up.
