Overview of Eau De Vie

Eau-de-Vie is a bar that will not be out of place in 1920s Chicago. Inconspicuously located at the back of the Kirketon Hotel, Eau-de-Vie is dimly lit and intimate. No loud music here, only jazz as you nurse your drink over conversation with friends or the bartender. Speaking of bartenders, Eau-de-Vie's smart and conversational bartenders equal the dynamic cocktails they offer. Good conversation and imaginative drinks make a cocktail fan’s dreams come true at Eau-de-Vie.

The ambience is perfect for mingling or drinking alone. Lounges and tables dot the room, with a huge bar taking pride of place. The remarkably well stocked bar has a long cocktail menu. The menu is sectioned into signature drinks, award-winning Australian cocktails, cocktails for sharing, edible cocktails and a regular drinks list. Eau-de-Vie also has a notable collection of cocktail accessories. The bar also serves good food. Snack on cheese platters, cured hams, nuts and other appetizing nosh.
