    Worst service ever experienced in a Sydney restaurant. A group of 11, only ones upstairs when we ordered and after mixing up our entrees, it was only after we asked three times and waited over an hour for our mains did they "realise" that our order hadn't made it into the kitchen. When asked what kind of discount or compensation we would receive, we were told none. Asked for a senior staff multiple times but none came. When we went to pay, we complained and were told that we should have gone downstairs to complain (which we did) and their solution was to remove corkage from the bill (which was was already overcharged).

    After 15 minutes of arguing and still asking to see a senior staff, they phoned their senior staff and one from our party spoke with him directly. Finally we received an apology, albeit over the phone and discount. Wouldn't recommend this place ever.
